I am so very pleased. Jim Ash and Damien came out, uninstalled my old system and installed a brand new system. They worked fast, where super professional so sweet funny and very polite. They cleaned up after themselves, even though I could have done that. They even installed a special UV light for my very severe allergies and asthma. They started at 9am, they where done by 3.30pm. i enjoyed watching them and talking to them. I recommend this company to everyone. My new 2,5 ton machine is amazing. So happy. 2 plus years, We been without central a/c. It was a hard life. Again thank you guys, you rock.

Every other AC company said they couldn’t see me until Wednesday and it was Monday. These guys came out quick were very thorough very pleasant to deal with and absolutely the most reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again in the future if anything goes wrong with my air conditioner! Also worth noting this was right before a holiday so they were working late and it has of course made a huge difference for my wife and I and our two Chihuahuas who are of course the most important part.

This is my first review for Quality Comfort Air, but I am a repeat costumer and will continue uaing this company! I've always gotten quick service, often within same day! This company has also been able to find the issue and resolve it with the best possible and cost-effective solution. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

Quality comfort is worthy of its name. Ash and Damian responded to install an A/C compressor and handler and did so in an efficient, unobtrusive, and professional fashion. They encouraged me to check their work and progress any time I wanted and answered all my questions, explaining how the thermostat works, how to check the UV light and how to check my surge protector. I am very confident of the work done by these two gentleman and will use Quality Comfort in the future. Big shout out to Austin who was essential for making this happen thank you.

I've used Quality Comfort a few times. First, when we moved into our house we needed both units replaced and a few years later for a thermostat repair that turned out to be a connector issue by the outside unit. Damion helped us with both and he is absolutely fantastic and extremely thorough allowing me to understand everything that happened. He has excellent communication skills, which I think is very important and always on time. They actually have a really cool website to see how far away he is from your house so, if you are at work you can appropriately time out when you have to leave. Quality comfort is our go to for AC installation and repairs. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic service today from quality comfort. Their staff was friendly, responsive and professional on the phone. Quickly scheduled my maintenance apt and answered questions. The tech who came to my house, Austin, was on time and very knowledgeable. I found their team to be honest and also affordable. Would highly recommend!

Damion showed up as scheduled which he texted me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He went right to work and isolated the issue and corrected it quickly. Could not of asked for any better. I will be using Quality Comfort in the future and recommending them to my friends. Thank You

We were SO impressed at the level of care they put into putting together a quote, explaining options and what each line item means, their punctuality and how professional everyone was. Austin showed up same day with parts to get AC up and running. Had to get rid of Extreme Air and Heat because they did not. Damion was able to repipe and help after hours with all of his knowledge. Definitely recommend this company.

I find this company to be extremely responsive and reliable. They have great service and there technicians are great. They explain everything that they are doing and always clean up after themselves. Great company!!
