Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Nick, Alex, and Bryan showed up and got the job done when my A/C went out in 90+ degree heat! Nick did an excellent job assessing my issue and fixing it right away, and he and Alex laid out all my options for repairs (what I absolutely needed, what I could wait on, but also giving me fair assessments for risk of waiting on any of the recommendations.) Alex let me know about all available savings options I could utilize towards current and future costs, spending time to go over pricing and explain procedure without being pushy at all. Bryan was training, but was an active participant and asked helpful questions that allowed me to learn and understand what the issue was as well as proper maintenance for the future integrity of my system, so I was glad he was there too! Thanks for getting me fixed up!

I had to contact Service Experts because of a problem with the thermostat for our HVAC system. Everyone with whom I spoke was very understanding and was very willing to do whatever was needed to solve my problem. The technician that came to our home was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have been customers of Service Experts since 2016. We regularly use them for service and maintenance and have always been very pleased with their professionalism, competence and responsiveness.

I find it hard to believe that anyone would use a heat and air conditioning company other than Service Experts. I have been a customer since 2008 with ZERO complaints and I've been110% satisfied. In purchasing my latest system, I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and Alex. These two exemplified what I love about Service Experts. Professionalism in every sense of the word. Straightforward, detailed, courteous, but most importantly they showed concern in making sure my needs were understood and met, while providing me with an assortment of options and assessments.

My Review is for the Technicians who came to my House to do my Spring Maintenance on my Air Conditioner

Billy Hamilton had with him Mark Ray who is Learning the Maintenance of Furnaces and Air Conditioners.

Billy replaced my Air Conditioner Filter with a new one which lasts longer and provided me with the Filter Number and Size measurements needed for the Filter for future reference which will be documented in my file.

Billy and Mark went outside to my Air Conditioner Unit and washed, Checked Coolant and for any leaks.

I'm always impressed with the Professionalism, Friendly Personality, Mannerism, take the time to answer my questions and explain each detail and not in a rush to go to the next job scheduled before making sure All my services have been completed and my questiones if any are answered.

I really appreciate this company. They have installed units in two homes and they have always been courteous and professional. And ON TIME. The latest technician to come out and service the one unit was Matt Taylor. Very nice young man, very respectful of my property and answered any questions that I had. They now have to drive two hours to my new house and never a complaint. Thanks

Dalton was so great helping us get our AC fixed in June during a busy time for them!! He was flexible with times when we could be there for him to come by. I would 10/10 recommend this company!!

Billy came out to our house, right on time. He is has been out to the house to do maintenance before. It is nice to see the same guy regularly. He took pictures of things to show me and provided clear explanations to my questions. It is nice to have a service provider to provide real professional service.
