Billy came out today and was awesome! He was super nice and did a very thorough job. I hope they send him out to my house again. I am in the service industry myself and I can tell you won't find anyone better than him.

Billy came and cleaned up our outdoor unit and it looks great, works like a charm. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and did a wonderful job and I would recommend him for your AC needs this summer.

I am a long time customer of Service Experts Heating and Air and participate in their preventive maintenance program that offers semi annual check ups for my heat and air systems. This week my favorite tech, Billy Hamilton, came to check everything out. He is always prompt, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Cody and Nick were very polite, helpful and respectful of us and our home. They seemed to work well together. They communicated, explained things well and cleaned up after themselves, behaving very professionally. We appreciate them and glad we got to meet them. Thanks Nick and Cody!

Called up Service Experts to diagnose why our house wasn’t getting A/C. This was our 3rd company as the previous two seemingly didn’t want our business or have the time to correctly diagnose the issue.

Ian and Denzel came out and spent a couple hours with us to fully understand our HVAC system. Eventually they figured out the issue and as of today we have working A/C. They both were great and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Billy did an amazing job. He went the extra mile to make sure that my system was working properly. He found a problem and called for a 2nd opinion which I think is a good idea.

If I ever need service again they will send him back.

Matt T. was an amazing help. Great customer service and was very patient with all of my questions I asked of him. He was very thorough in explaining step by step what he was doing in replacing my blower motor and capacitor. Any future work I will request he be the one to show up to my house
