Billy came by for our annual service inspection. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home. I am very satisfied with the service we received!

The sales/service men Nick and Ian came out here on the first day to give my furnace it's yearly cleaning and check up. Nick took my blower assembly out and checked it throughly. In doing so, he discovered my gas furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and could not be repaired. They would have to cut gas off to my furnace. My outside compressor was old too and had repairs for the last three years. They explained the many ways I would benefit from replacing both and was absolutely correct. Ian sat down with me and explained my different options including pricing and payments until we found something that was a perfect fit. The installation team, Jake and Ramon came in a couple of days and installed whole complete new HVAC system They were very very professional and courteous. As they went along with the install they answered any questions I had. They knew exactly what they were doing, and had it installed and cleaned up in the timeframe promised. Nick came back after the install and did a duct cleaning. He is very friendly and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and cleaned up as he went along. Thanks Service Experts for hiring such great people. On time, courteous, knowledgable, thorough and efficient, leaving no mess. And yes competitive pricing and total protection for ten years. I would HIGHLY recommend Service Experts! :)

Great company. I've always used them for my business a/c & heating. Very fast and informative. Today I had them come out at my home. Denzell was great. Professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done before starting. I signed up for a membership today because of him and Seth.

Our tech Aundrea Bell did a great job in servicing our HVAC, and helped me find a benefit I wasn't aware of!

Update from 7 years ago: The team of Mark and Billy came out for a scheduled preventative maintenance. They arrived on time and were very expeditious. They also informed me of any observations they encountered. Very pleased with the service.

The scheduled service was done promptly. Cedric arrived on time, and was very expeditious in getting the system check-up done in a timely manner. No complaints and very happy with Service Experts.

We have had great experiences with this company with both a/c and heat maintenance and insulation installation. This time Cody, Billy, and Matt were super helpful and efficient. We’ve always had a good response and advice from this team!

William and Austin came this morning to replace a thermostat. They arrived on time, performed the repair, and answered all of my questions.
I would definitely recommend them.
