Wm Hamilton, my Tech arrived on time and performed all services required on both the inside and outside equipment and kept me informed of his findings. This was the first maintenance visit since my new system was installed in Dec. 2021. Everything seems to be working properly. I have been pleased with this system. I have been doing business with this company for several years and have not ever been disappointed with the quality of their work. In addition, Tonya (in the office) was a delight and very helpful in the completion of this form!

Nick, Dalton, and Khalil were awesome!!! They came out to look at our unit the very next morning after we called. Wound up having to replace the unit, but they were so nice and very knowledgeable about everything! I definitely recommend service experts and definitely recommend Nick, Dalton, and Khalil!!

So nice to always have Billy out here who has been with us since 2010. He knows the system and is always on top of what needs to be done. Nick and Seth have both been here to help out. Dalton was the service tech for my Memphis home. He was on time, and very friendly. When I told him about my AC issue, he said, “Well, let’s have a look. “. Watching him work you could tell he knew what he was doing. The problem was fixed in 45 minutes. He was very respectful to my house and grounds, which is unusual in todays world. I really can’t say enough about how happy I was that Dalton was the AC tech I got. I hope Service Experts realize what a good guy they have.

Billy was back today for our 6 month check up, and again, the service was very good. We really appreciate their service to make sure we're ready for whatever the weather may bring.
Billy, Nick, Ian and Hong were at our home on Friday for a regular maintenance call and to look at our system including the hot water heater. They did a good job as always. Shortly after 5pm, the system went down and Billy and Hong returned to get it back up and running.
It turns out that we had a loose electrical plug which they identified and got us back in service until we can get an electrician out. Thank you very much for returning so quickly to fix our system before the weekend.

I worked with Terry Gaines and Nick Nelson when I moved into my new house a couple weeks ago. Nick found an issue with our AC capacitor and fixed it before it left us with a problem. Terry had use set up for a tankless water heater system (had one at the old house and loved it). These guys are awesome.

I've been a customer of Service Experts for 18 years. They originally installed my current system at that time and I have had a service contract with them every since. Today my system stopped working and so I called and they came within a few hours (100 degree day). Ian and Nick addressed the issue that needed to be fixed (minor repair) and didn't focus their efforts on trying to sell me a new system. I know that mine is old and that I will need a new one in the next few years, but would prefer to replace it when it is beyond economical repair and not just because it's old. They understood that and addressed what needed to be done. I greatly appreciate them for doing that.

Yesterday we had our Spring check-up, and we were very glad that Billy Hamilton was assigned to the job. He has been our "go to" person for many years. Billy Hamilton and Khalil did a thorough checkup of our system and left us with various equipment "tips".
