When our old unit stopped working I called Service Experts and because of our contract they were able to come out, diagnose and then install our
New unit within 2 days. Chris Mize and Jason Italo were our installation techs and they did a fantastic job. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable, we are 100% happy and satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Service Experts! The appointment was scheduled in a very timely manner and the prices were very reasonable. Ben and his team (Chris, David, and Joe) did a wonderful job assessing our mini-split units which were leaking and doing the maintenance on the rest of our HVAC units. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave a very honest opinion of the system and solutions to fix the issue. We were very happy with the service and everyone was very friendly and made sure everything was neat and tidy when they left. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Service Experts is amazing! We got a new ac unit last fall and James was so helpful telling us what we needed and going through our options and then when it came to installing the unit. They were timely, very nice and knowledgeable.

Today we had a problem with our main drain line and water was coming out of it when we used the shower or did laundry. This company was the only one we thought to call for this. Delonte came out to inspect the situation and explained our drain was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. Didn't take long at all, he knew exactly what he needed to do, was very nice and professional and the price wasn't bad at all! We can't say enough great things about this company or the people we've met and helped us. Service Experts have done extensive work on my home. They installed heating and air system. Jamie and David did this involved job and did a very pro job, Davonte is the worker that did extensive plumbing on two different job. He is also fantastic. He is very good at explaining the process that he will follow. Don’t feel so could trust any other company, These workers are certainly well trained.

We needed Service Experts for a sewage issue & Jeremy was AMAZING. He made us feel extremely comfortable with his knowledge & his confidence coming into this issue.
