Joe M. At Roanoke/Salem area did excellent work, and kept me informed during repair. A nail was accidentally fired by a roofer into suction line, letting refrigerant escape and entire line had to be replaced. New refrigerant loaded after pressure test.
Joe M. Did all of this, by himself, in just at 3 hours, earlier this month. Excellent work, and metal plate I had provided was installed by Joe M. To ensure no repeats of issue.

Jeremy did a great job fixing my bathtub valve. He even negotiated a better service price after there wasn’t as much to the job as he thought it would be. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
