They came out within 24 hours of me calling and gave me a second opinion that might save me $10k on a septic line. James and Delonte answered all my questions, gave me advice on how to prevent the problem with tree roots in my septic line and provided a competitive quote. Awesome service, I am a customer for life!

Ben & Josh came out to perform maintenance on the hvac system. They were on-time, professional, and kept me informed of what they were doing. They worked efficiently and were done in no time.
Service Experts installed my system a few years ago and have been performing the maintenance. I've never had an issue with my system and will continue to use service experts for my hvac needs

Brandon and Delonte were wonderful! Not only did they fix the original issue, they found another leak and fixed that one too at no extra charge. A leak had rotted some wood all the way to the outer wall of my house, leaving a hole big enough for wildlife to enter, so Brandon bought some wood, cut it to size, and fixed the hole. I'm so grateful that I cried. This company is more than just good; they're a real benefit to the community and everyone who lives here. We're so fortunate to have people like this in our area!!

Service Experts replaced the heating and air conditioning systems at my home. Jamie, David, Raul and Claude were very polite, respectful, and efficient. I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from Service Experts.

James and Israel the technicians I had today March 24th 2023 were absolutely fantastic they came in diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed it, we also had technicians Roger and Steven for the 1st diagnosis of our old furnace they were also amazing. I highly recommend Service Experts Heating and Air from Salem Va! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for HVAC work!!!

They came and charged us $100 for a trip fee and did not do any diagnosis. The whole purpose was to convince us to switch to a new system. I called and was hoping for some good advice on how to repair our current one. But the google review lied. I would not recommend them if you are only looking for someone to do a diagnosis and repairing.
