Poff Heating and A/C has been doing our heat and a/c work for several years and we are very happy with both their service and price. Poff replaced our furnace recently with a new high efficiency unit with multi-stage fan technology and it has made our home so much warmer and more comfortable AND lowered our gas bill too. Great job!

My lucky day when I called Poff A/C to inquire about a new central air unit. Eddy Poff knows what he is talking about. He was able to engineer my a/c system to be able to increase the size to 2.5 t from a 2 t unit, which was not large enough to cool the upstairs on hot days. Now the upstairs easily maintains 70- 73 degrees on the mid 90 degree afternoons. My home has never been this comfortable. The 2 man crew were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Completed job in day and a half. No mess.

Should have done this 3 years ago. We have had Poff replace our Heat Pump, Furnace and Air Conditioner at our home, as well as a Heat Pump at a rental unit. Our first experience with Poff was so positive that as you see we’ve used them ever since for all of our Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

Our furnace went out, we called another company and had them come look, and they quoted us a very expensive price to replace a furnace. I called Poff and he came out and looked at our furnace, gave us a quote, and within 4 days we had a new furnace installed. At the time of installation, the technicians that came out we're very prompt, they cleaned as they went, didn't take unnecessary breaks just to milk the clock, finish their work in a very timely manner, and left everything as it was when they arrived. with exception of a brand new furnace. I suggest Poff for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!

These guys are top notch my husband Thomas Horn contacted them and the next day they were there. Fixed my oil furnace quickly and provided him with some education and safety information that was very much appreciated. Both of my ac units were out of commission with nothing but very hot temperatures in the forecast. I called Poff and they were amazing. Both units were quickly repaired and I felt the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

MOST AMAZING PERSON/BUSINESS YOU COULD EVER BRING INTO YOUR HOME!!!! When my fiance almost got scammed by Southern Home Trust with their ridiculous prices and what is supposedly "wrong" and needs fixing (their quote was it being $1800 job mind you) we instead had Eddie from Poff HVAC come over and it was only $500! Some of it didnt even need to be fixed. Makes you wonder how much was for parts and repair and how much was going in their pocket. Go with Eddie from Poff HVAC. He walked us through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Honest workers still exist. And no, I never met this man until he came to fix our boiler.

I have tried to schedule Poff to come out to my house 3 times—all 3 times they no-showed!
I just called back to see what happened, and the receptionist (Barbara) was so sweet on the phone. However, she could not get a hold of anyone as they had all “gone out to the lake” despite seeing my appointment on their books. Not sure where the breakdown is, but it is frustrating.
I scheduled with Cundiff instead.

I had Eddie and his guys install a brand new system made by Bryant(which is pretty awesome stuff btw) back in April of 19'..great work by these guys! He knows his business and I felt very reassured going with them after speaking with Eddie..wasnt the easiest installations because I was replacing a basement system with an attic system but these guys knew exactly what to do..Troy and Norman were the guys on site that did the work and were professionals..if you want a great HVAC system done right, call Poff!..
