They always come right away and very educated on what they do! Jimmy did a great job right before the holiday weekend and stayed until the job was complete!

Today, Antonio and Andrew installed a new Lennox air conditioner unit at our house. From the call to alert us that they were on their way, to the moment they left they were extremely professional. In the moments that I disturb them to ask questions, they were extremely patient, warm and proved to be immensely knowledgeable. Every question was answered and I left the experience knowing a little bit more about air conditioning. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Jimmy is awesome! He fixed our condensation dripping issue and even returned later in the day to check and found there was an air bubble which he took care of. We are very pleased and will request Jimmy for all our service calls with Service Exoerts!

Jimmy Mathurin came to my home at 10:45 to fix my outside air conditioner unit. It was just installed this morning. It started making loud noises like it was going to blow up. Jimmy came late at night and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and had an easygoing attitude. Would recommend him for a raise in pay.
