Grainger Industrial Supply

As a new commercial customer of Granger's I was sent over to pick up some items or our new Surgery Center. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to wait on me a man named Nolan was especially rude for no reason at all! However when I mentioned to another gentleman who had walked in the room and had seen how he acted, I proceeded to ask him "is he always that unpleasant?" I was unknowingly asking that of the Manager, Jonathan. He on the other hand was very helpful and made my visit much more pleasant and even loaded my car for me. Everyone can have a bad day at work but it doesn't mean you can be rude to your customers when they have been pleasant with you. It's all about customer service.

I arrived 10 min after close. As I was sad and turning around in the lot an associate came out and invited me in! I was so happy since I drove a long distance. I went in and all 3 employees were so helpful, even though they were closed! Most employees would lock the door the minute the store closes. These folks Dan, Hanna, and Johnathan were cheerful even after close. So awesome I asked for their names. Thank you for helping me!

Dan and John were awesome today in my search for uncommon fittings. They worked as a team to successfully locate and provide the parts I needed. They were both very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for having them in your store!

I always use Grainger because of their excellent service, wide variety of product, and very convenient. Today was a special treat to have Jonathan the operations's manager show me around and took notice of common items my business needs so he can keep some stocked at all times for our McDonald's.

Awesome customer service! They have been the most courteous employees of any store I have been to in years. Many years. So hard to find people who care nowadays.

Hanna was patient and took 3 separate orders for me today, all with a smile, for more than an hour. No one complained when it took until 4:50, 20 minutes after close. They let 2 more customers in after close since they were helping me already. Great people in the Fort Myers, Florida location!!

I appreciate Dan Morrison excelente customer service on a very difficult matter ,he was very open to help and get my problem resolve.If you don't take care of him ,I will put him on my payroll.
