Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Biggest rip off ever! Stay away every time I used them they found more and more wrong with the AC unit. I found it sketchy that a repair guy shows up then a sales guy who comes in another vehicle. I have a fairly new AC unit and purchased a cleaning membership with them as an addition well let me tell you.. sure enough every time they came to clean the unit days later my AC wouldn't work. Telling me lies like I have to have black lights install in the unit for hundreds of dollars in order to keep it from breaking ..I may be a woman but I have never seen a dang black light in my AC unit..in my life..I told them to keep their membership and take me off their call list I didn't want to use the remainder of my FREE CLEANINGS because every time they came it cost me hundreds for a simple cleaning I can do myself. Their dignosis says it will break done in just a matter of days. Thats their sales tricks. Its been over a year and I am problem free. They just called me to remind me and it reminded me to write this.... they have a "promotion" as well she said even though I still have the rest of my membership that I never used even smh though I paid for it and told them along time ago to take me off the call list. I cringe every time they call..thinking my ac is going to break just mentioning their name.

Our AC stopped working out of nowhere, I called Mark and Jimmy, they came and fixed everything on the same day for a really good price! Good people, awesome professionals, highly recommended

Replaced a deficient HVAC system. Tony identified the deficiency and explained the issues in a straightforward and understandable manner. The HVAC replacement was done by Andrew and Antonio, who arrived at 9AM and left at 7PM...still in good spirits. Also installed Nest thermostats that can be integrated with Google Home. In addition, Darien and Jimmison replaced an old water heater. Everything done in the same day. Easy.
