Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

To be candid, my Mother sold me on using this service; they have been very kind to her over the years; Techs were nice, listened to what you had to say, explained what we could do ourselves to maintain the system, they do arrive as a team/sales & tech; I'm not a fan of sales (and I'm in sales myself!) when they only quote expensive items without cheaper alternative options or who sell when you ask "now is not the time" I had a few visits over a one week period following the storm and have great reviews for the technicians who showed up, and a sales person, Mark, who listened & did not try to oversell to me;
My five stars is noted for the tech, Darian, who was very thorough when cleaning our ducts after storm damage. He was kind, asked about parking in our driveway (of course we said!) and did the task as requested.
My five stars is noted for the tech, Jason, who worked on a cleaning/tune-up of our system after the storm as well; i liked his common sense approach and not looking to continually sell to me - but explained what we should do going forward;
My five stars noted for Jimmy the tech and Mark the sales person who arrived on a Saturday morning after an emergency call the night before went unanswered (it was Thanksgiving weekend and I am empathetic that folks are out and it's hard to staff); Mark & Jimmy were quick, efficient and listened when I put my hand up "please don't try to sell me something, we have enough on our plate right now with damages", Mark was kind enough to say "I won't and I'm sorry you weren't aware of cheaper alternatives we offer." I trust they will be a good partner going forward.

Octavious came out today to do my twice yearly maintenance. He has done this for me before. He is consistently professional and courteous. He relays information that is useful & easy to understand. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Octavios and that he will take good care of my A/C system.

Kyle P 636 came out today for my twice yearly a/c maintenance. He is now my new favorite tech. Very professional & did a thorough inspection. He changed my filters & he gave me an update on the condition of my a/c. I will be requesting Kyle for my future a/c maintenance. Please pay & treat him well so he doesn't quit!
