    I came home from vacation on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day and our ac wasn't cooling. I called Service Experts around 6:00pm. To my amazement I had a technician at my house before 8:00am on Memorial Day. Gustav was my technician. He was very professional and very courteous. He cleaned the coils and the water pump. He checked the temperature in and out, he also checked the compressor and gas level. The ac is blowing cold air. Mama is happy and so am I I would recommend Service Experts to all my friends.

    I desperately placed a call at 6 pm on a Sunday due to our AC not blowing cold. They were able to send someone out and they were at our house within 2 hours. Gustav was exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and had us up and running within an hour! Can’t say enough great things about Gustav and this company. Would highly recommend!

    My technician Reidell Harris was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 stars for his service.
    There was a change to the pricing structure (2 new options for yearly service: one payment IAO $209.00 or 12 monthly payments IAO $10.00), and it was not explained very well at the time I called to make the appointment. As a result, after Reidell completed the service there was some confusion about the amount due, so we called the office to confirm. It took a while to get someone on the phone. When someone finally answered, she could not answer additional questions I had about the pricing structure and whether it automatically renewed at the end of the year, but advised that she would find the answer and promised to call me back the next business day. The answer to that was important to me, because in order to obtain the discount by going the monthly payment route, the company would not accept monthly checks but needed access to my credit card. This was not explained very well with my initial call to make the appointment.
    Also, I've used Service Experts for the past couple of years for A/C maintenance, and the technicians have always been good. The company will usually send a sales person with the technician, who performs an unsolicited "evaluation". The salespeople who I've dealt with engaged in hard sales tactics to upsell me on additional services and products. If you specifically request that no sales person accompany the technician, the company will honor your request.
    The service is always good, but the 3 stars is for the business end. The persons answering the phones are always very polite, but definitely could be better informed.

    Sean did an efficient job changing our worn out toilet flapper valve for a new one. He was friendly, informative, and I appreciate he being able to come earlier (which was well-communicated to us in advance, and 15 minutes before arrival) than scheduled which worked well for us today. I know a toilet flapper change may seem like an easy thing, but allowing a professional to do their job well is worth the money! Thanks to Sean and Service Experts, another home repair done with no worries!

    Thank you guys! I love this company. Every time they come out I learn something new about AC units. They are extremely helpful and never hesitate to take the time to explain everything to you. Their maintenance plan is awesome too because they keep calling until you finally set the service. Since I tend to put things off forever this is just one of the reasons I’ll keep this company.

    I just wanted to recognize my technician, George/Jorge (not sure how he spells). He was so great. Kind, funny and went the extra mile to help me with an issue I was having with my filters! Give that guy a raise! I’ve had multiple techs come out over the years and he was by far the best! Please send him next time too!

    I'm at the end of my rope with this company. They came recommended to me by family who used them for ages with zero issues but since going under contract with them for a new AC unit it's been nightmare after nightmare with them. I don't know if management has changed, if they are short staffed, or if they need to have better training in place but it took 5 different techs coming in and diagnosing 5 different issues to get to the heart of a problem with my system, none of which was actually the problem until they had someone from higher up come check out the unit only to diagnose something completely different. This happened multiple times. Not to mention on multiple occasions we have scheduled appointments that go unfulfilled. The latest one was scheduled on 1/17 for the following day. No one showed up. When I called in the evening I was told "there was no appointment on the schedule" then after checking with their manager they said the tech DID show up but no one answered the door. This isn't true, my husband and I work from home, no one came to our door. I asked "aren't they supposed to call when they're coming?" They said "oh they did call, both numbers on file." They certainly did not.

    I'm sick of paying a lying company with poor customer service but unfortunately we're stuck with them until we pay off the unit

    William Laredo took the time to troubleshoot and do all he could to ensure he could find a solution to our a/c issues. When it was determined that we needed parts replaced,he took the time to explain the options really well.

    William & Claude were phenomenal! Professional, knowledgeable and helped us out! After months and months of calling several different companies and contractors that were unable to handle our AC and duct issues, they came out, found it immediately and got it taken care of right away!

    I was having issues with the unit for awhile, the unit keep burning out the blower motor and wiring. The a/c and heater would constantly stop working. They have sent several tech outs to trouble shoot the issues and was able to get the a/c part working but the heater was proving to be a little difficult. The techs William and Gustav were excellent, they wouldn’t give up and keep trouble shooting the issue. They were finally able to figure it out by re-wiring the heater. Much thanks to William and Gustav for their dedication and persistence and resolving the issues. The unit was tested for a/c and heat and I am thankful to say that they both work. Keep up the good work guys.
