Gas furnace went out. 2 guys came out and diagnosed a bad control board. They quoted me 1,074 dollars to put in a new control board..and of course were pushing me to buy a whole new furnace for 5800 dollars. I went online and found a new control board for 260 dollars. It took me 20 minutes to put it in myself. Unless you want to get ripped off, I would stay away from them.

Have been having issues with some piping to an extension and just wanted to cap it off. Ben and Delonte came by and did a great job that was timely and responsive to when we called.
Great job as usual. If I had one thing to say though, the last two times you have come for my annual maintenance you find the same thing wrong with it. Once I explain that I have this really good warranty then the problem seems to go away. Keep in mind also this isn't an old furnace, and hasn't passed one annual inspection yet until i point out the warranty. Also I have to try to explain this sort of thing to my 74yr old mother and 81yr old father. They feel that new things shouldn't have problems in the first place, and if they do the warranty that covers everything should cover everything.

Service Experts quoted 5k for a repair so I got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion was 1k. The purpose of the original quote was to price me out to push me to get a new system from Service Experts. Would never recommend again.
