Prillaman Mechanical Htg & A/C

I called this morning expecting to have to wait several days. They came and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Prompt and thorough! Serviceman (Chris) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was repair work.

Wanda was most helpful to me as I set up my new account. She was able to set up an appointment soon w/Priority Membership .

Called Wanda at the office and she promptly had me on the schedule. Glenn quoted replacement parts & Chris replaced the fan motor. Friendly, efficient and kind.

Kennard came to repair our outside AC unit. It ended up being a very minimal fix but he was very kind and very professional. We will be using them again for all of our HVAC needs and enrolled in the maintenance membership to prevent anymore issues!

Technician quickly identified the cause of water dripping through our ceiling. Showed us the problem & resolved it immediately. Greatly appreciated time & help.

Prillaman has been handling our HVAC needs for years. They are courteous and when you have an emergency they always come through. Today they even came about an hour early!

Chris was super nice, professional & appeared to be very honest with his knowledge of our HVAC system. Unfortunately, he was unable to do much, since being a Friday evening & Holiday. We had been planning to go out of town the next day, however with record temps of 2 degrees & a wind chill of -10, we couldn’t leave knowing the pipes would freeze.
We will see what happens come Tuesday because this is NOT fun!!

We have used this company at 2 of our properties now and every time they are always professional and on time! We tried using another company before them and they would either cancel or never show up (it was through our home warranty). Can’t see using anyone else now for our HVAC needs. I am a home inspector too so any chance I get I’ll be recommending them to clients!
