Prillaman Mechanical Htg & A/C

We needed a new HVAC system and we called about 5-6 companies to come out an provide estimates. Prillaman Mechanical, by far, had the most competitive estimate. They were on time for the estimate and on the day of the actual work. We were kept informed of the status of the work and any questions we had were answered. Working with Michael was seamless. Not only was it great service and a great price we love giving our business to those who serve our Country.

We signed a contract with Prillaman to replace 72 heat pumps at Windy Hill Key Apartments in Roanoke, VA. This was a big project but working with my rep Kevin and the owner Tito made it so easy. The installers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely and hard working. The rental office staff, maintenance and residents were very pleased with the service that we were provided. If there was an issue they would be out the same day that they were called and it was fixed. I would highly recommend Prillaman Mechanical Heating and Air!
