My furnace broke down right before a cold snap was predicted. I called at 8 in the morning and they had it running by 3 that afternoon. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and personable and showed me some things I should do to maintain the furnace. The cost was very reasonable.

Called when my grandparents Heat pump stopped working. They are both in their 80's, somebody was sent out that day! Super impressed with punctuality & professionalism!!

Had these guys come out to do our seasonal maintenance on a Tuesday . A week later, on Friday, the ac is leaking water in the floor and running nonstop. Called them back and they advised it would be $129/hr to send someone back out for an after hours call. They returned briefly and said “its frozen...may be low on coolant and your filter is dirty”. Thaw it out and we will call you Monday to come take a look. They never called back. If they didn’t check coolant or the filter in their service visit, I’m not sure what exactly we paid for. We called another company who came out and let us know coolant was leaking inside and out, , they fixed 3 valves and told us the leaks could not be fully repaired and we needed to replace the compressor and cooling coils. We have photos taken during that visit showing Prillaman clearly did not clean the compressor coils either. We called back to ask Prillaman why these things were not reported during their service and what exactly they did during the initial seasonal service call (I paid electronically and we did not get a receipt). The manger did not return our call. The other company is installing a new compress and coils today.

Prillaman came to my house and fixed a messed up job from another company. Jay and Josh were WONDERFUL and were professional. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 to complete other work. My mom already wants them to fix the AC in the home she is buying! Thank you prillaman for making it so stress free.

My daughter had a heat pump installed and they were professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend their services!

Not only did they show up when they said they would EVERY TIME, they brought us two portable air conditioners to get us through until they could have our air conditioning back on. They were polite and professional and didn’t leave a big mess. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Called to get estimate to get gas line installed to convert wood burning fireplace to gas logs. Had to leave a message for call back and never heard from them. If they can't do it or just don't want to, a courtesy call would have been nice to let me know. Not good business.
