Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Billy,Matt and Cody all provided excellent and professional service while performing a maintenance survey of our HVAC system. They arrived on time with a heads up before hand. All were very thorough and knowledgeable about our entire system. We will continue using this excellent company in the future.

I’m changing my review. I canceled service with them for the membership, and two months later they are still charging me. I thought maybe that first month it was because it was the same month I canceled, but I just got charged again. So that seems a bit devious. They were very overpriced for a hot water heater, so I went with my usual plumbing company who installed a new tank, and brought the gas line up to code (which SE didn’t include in the quote or mention was not to code) for over $1000 less. The first technician who visited last year was nice and professional, but that’s about all I can say.

I am always thoroughly impressed with Service Experts. They do a great job with our biannual tune ups. Always on time which is very important to me. Billy did a great job today and also took time explaining everything to me. Ian also is very friendly and helpful!

To inspect my three heating units when they came to the room for the heating unit they noticed the hot water heater leaking and scheduled a appointment for the heater and they were very friendly

Our heat went out on the coldest night of the year so far. We called at midnight to see if we can get someone out for the next day. They were at our house at 8:30 the next day. Our service man was Matt. He was knowledgeable and had our heat working in 20 mins. We thank you, Matt for your service today and saving our Christmas.

Billy and Charles provided exceptional service. They were friendly, professional and very thorough in their heating system checks and provided clear information regarding current condition and any needed/optional work.

We had yet another great experience with Service Experts. Billy came out to check our system as part of our maintenance plan, and once again, we were so happy with our care. He communicated with us exactly what he checked and what adjustments we may need to make in the future. He went above and beyond to make sure we were ahead of any problems and heating/cooling efficiently without trying to sell us on anything. We’re confident on who to call when we have heat/AC issues.
