Austin was awesome! We called and he showed up same day. He let me know what time he would be there and then he was there! He fixed what needed to be fixed, was kind, professional, straight forward and the services were affordable and reasonably priced. I felt I was in good hands and I will recommend this company and call again should I have any other HVAC needs in future.

Jake was our service tech. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. Well explained what he was doing beforehand and the cost involved. We will sure be using MAC&H in the future.

We got scheduled for a service call the very day I called (thanks Jason) and our tech, Jake, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job!! We are definitely sticking with Memphis Air for our HVAC needs from now on.

After calling 8 different HVAC providers, Memphis AC & Heating were the only who could come same day. The house was 98 degrees inside! Jake came, found the problems, had all the parts in his truck, and waited afterward ti make sure it was working. Jake was great!

We have had 2 wonderful experiences with Memphis AC & Heat. The first was a scary experience of buying a house and realizing a month later the current HVAC was venting into the house. Emmet was here the next morning and talked to me about my options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Obviously he had bad news about our old vent pipe but he delivered it in a way that felt like it hurt him as much as us (but it was a third of what we expected to pay so it wasn't actually terrible news). They completed the work the next day and it was all over very quickly and painlessly.
My second experience was a routine spring cleaning of the units and Emmett again was very friendly and quick. He was around just long enough to help another contractor pull a heavy pallet to a spot where the forklift could grab it. He didn't even hesitate to offer help! I would recommend this company over and over again for friendliness, efficiency, and really solid pricing.

They were professional and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure the service was completed in a timely fashion. They even provided a cooling system to use until my services were completed. Would definitely recommend!
