Office receptionist, Jen, interested and caring. Fit us right into their schedule. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly and made repair. Derek very friendly and competent. Would highly recommend this company!

Our A/C quit working. We made an appointment with smart choice since we have used them in the past and have had good experiences. It started working a few days later but we kept the appointment. So glad we did because we have a coolant leak and need a new unit. Ours is old and not worth fixing. Tech was on time, very informative, and answered our numerous questions. He was very polite. I also love talking with Alyssa the office gal! She has helped with scheduling problems as we both work odd hours. I also order my filters directly through this company by the box as they are hard to find. They are always helpful.

We called Smart Choice at 6:30pm on a Friday night and left a message (it was 100 degrees that day); 5 minutes later we received a phone call back and had an appointment for 10am the next morning. The tech that came out was right on time and had my AC working again within 20 minutes and probably only took that long because he put up with my 20 questions. Really nice guy that worked quickly and professionally. It’s always a pleasure to work with people who know their craft and have good people skills.
This was my second experience with Smart Choice; 4 or 5 years ago they replaced an AC unit in my old home and they did a fantastic job then as well. I’d refer any friend or family member to them every time.

Smart Choice employees were great to work with. Over a 3-day period - they were communicative about each phase of work, patient with my questions, patient with my dog, and found items in my attic I didn't know were there and brought them down for me. Smart Choice was willing to work with PUD recommendations, even though it reduced the amount of money paid to Smart Choice and I respect that. The one issue was a communication breakdown between the office staff, field crew, and electrician which resulted in the electrician showing up for repairs and me only knowing the field crew said there was a "breaker issue" and the electrician would be coming on a specific day to fix it. The electrician was patient, and was able to connect with the crew member that knew what needed to be done. They were able to fix what needed to be repaired. Smart Choice employees were professional and responsive.

These guys are the best! Honestly I cannot say enough good words. Its always a pain to have to have heating fixed, but two times they have come out and been professional, courteous and have great rates. I have to say most companies worry more about their bottom line than they do about customer service...this company has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I pulled their name off Google two years ago and will go to them as long as I am able!
