From my first phone call to Loretta and subsequent calls to the diagnosis from Dennis to the repair of our unit by Nathan, I received fantastic customer service. All of these people were professional,friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I very much appreciate the time each of them took to explain the problem and solutions. Thank you again!

Tri Tech's installers did an excellent job replacing our old HVAC system with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. They were courteous and listened to our needs and suggestions. The wired Mitsubishi controller (which I initially requested) was very new and turned out to be problematic. However, it was replaced with the wired controller which is much more accurate and easier to use. I would recommend Tri Tech.

Tri Tech called to let me know they could come early for my maintenance appointment, which freed up my afternoon. I was able to learn more about how the app works to control the thermostat with the help of the young man who did the maintenance. He was very helpful and gave me information to purchase next year's maintenance with absolutely no pressure. All of my contact with this company has been excellent.

On time, efficient, and professional. Our heat pump install took a day longer than expected and they walked us through the process and reasons for the extra time. We're very happy with our new furnace.

Tyler came out to trouble shoot our heating system. He was very professional and personable. He left no stone unturned and provided a lot of helpful information regarding the system in general. He needed to get Tom, in the office, involved due to the nature of the repair and parts that were needed. I'm grateful for the work they doing in my home.

Would have given them 5 stars but the original installers didn't schedule a service like they should have. It took me 2 phone calls and about 18 months to get a service call. However, they did at great job when they finally came out.

Tri-Tech replaced the flow sensor in our Rinnai water heater which also serves as the hydroponic heating.

We have had the system for 10 years and this is the first time it's worked every time the hot water is turned on even if just a slight flow.

I called on a Saturday late afternoon and their Dispatch answered and got a tech out that same night! Turns out my fan wasnt working and a board needed to be ordered. Middle of the week a tech showed up at my house early and all was fixed under warranty. Couldn't have asked for better service.

My ductless system was just completed today and I am extremely happy with my experience and system! From the quote process to project completion the customer service was top notch! Thank you Ansen for answering all my questions and helping me figure out what system would work best in my house. Thank you Arlene for service above and beyond in getting me the quote information. And a HUGE thank you to Josh, Derek, and the rest of the team for working so hard to get the job done! Josh and Derek were always on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on the install and explaining the equipment to me! Thank you Josh for always checking in with me regarding my schedule and for being flexible! I love the look and how quiet all my Mitsubishi units are! I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone!
