Our heat pump stopped working on a weekend when the temperatures were 95+ degrees. We were able to call and someone came out within 1.5 hours and had the heat pump fixed and back to cooling our home within 30-60 minutes.

We were so grateful for the quick response & arrival! Our technician was polite, friendly, and remembered working with us from a previous visit several years ago.

The capacitor went out on my AC unit on a hot Sunday. I left them a message. I received a call at 8AM on Monday and technicians were out quickly. They had the AC up and running in no time. Our AC went out Friday morning, Smart Choice had a repair person at our home by 10:30am. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Other HVAC companies gave us a repair date of Monday or Tuesday. Thanks to Smart Choice we had our AC for the weekend weather of 90+ days.

Came promptly, diagnosed, repaired and educated me on how to maintain the system appropriately over time. So incredibly pleased with Smart Choice's responsiveness, communication and customer service. After a frustrating experience with our HVAC installation company, this was such a breath of fresh air. Jen called me back within an hour of my first call and got us an appointment for a repair; within another hour, she'd called back and moved the appointment forward.

They said they'd come in a 10-12 window and I got a call before 10 from Jacob saying that he was on his way. He arrived by 10:15.

Our repair turned out to be easy and the problem involved a bit of user-error, but Jacob never made us feel silly and in fact went out of his way to explain to us how to fix the issue and what sort of ongoing maintenance would help.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem and it was something I chose to fix myself and he did not pressure me into having him fix it. Overall a great experience from the office staff scheduling the appointment to the technician at my home.

Emergency repair needed in the season's first cold snap. Arrived same day! Quick repair and offered a very reasonable and needed maintenance. Probably saving me from a repair in peak summer season to save our AC.
