Advantage was so easy to work with! Katherine did the estimates and responded to like 5 different emails from me answering a litany of questions.

Josh and Calvin did an excellent job installing our new Daikin Fit heat pump! Josh was extremely professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. The team worked quickly and got us up and running in just a couple of days. Advantage was cheaper than other quotes I received for similar systems and did not push dual fuel or any extras that I did not ask for.

The electricians they subcontract (Elevate NW) with were also very friendly and professional. They worked with us to ensure we continued to have cooling with a window unit until the new system was ready.

Overall this was such an easy experience and I'm currently sitting in a nice cool room for the first time in weeks!

Calvin & Wyatt did an AMAZING job! They are very professional and know how to do their job well. They had a lot of work to do and spent many hours working on our home. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and is a highly competent technician. He did a thorough analysis and diagnosed our heating and cooling system, in a short time, explaining our options and price before each step. In addition to needed maintenance, he suggested follow up maintenance for continued peak performance. He explained our needs in understandable terms. He is very customer oriented and provided good service for the price. I high recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling as a service provider.

My family has been using advanced heating and cooling for years, so when my husband and I bought our first house of course we decided to use them as well. He was on time and very informative. I believe his name was Jeff. He answered all my questions and was very informative. I recommend them to anyone who needs the services.

I got a central air unit installed with existing duct work. From booking to install, clean and straight forward. Trish in the office got me squared away with a finance option. Even though the monthly interest thru Optimus is 20%, there's no penalty for early pay off. The technicians (Clavin and Wyatt) were professional and quiet with the install. They did a stellar job. Left the jobsite with it looking cleaner than when they arrived. I got 5 estimates before acting on this one and am happy I chose advantage.

6 months later. Tried installing an Ecobee thermostat to the furnace and had wiring issues. Called on a Sunday and left a voice mail for Jeff. Jeff got back to me 30 minutes later talked to me on the phone for an hour and allowed me to send him photos. Troubleshooted the issue with technical advice over the phone free of charge! Thanks for the great service 👍

Jeff came, inspite of ice closures, and got us up and running. He improved a couple of HVAC installation items to prevent future issues. This would have been a miserable Christmas without heat. Jeff is professional and knows his stuff. Jeff is the best!

Advantage has saved our tenant from the dog days of summer! Their technician Jeff was excellent, professional and able to fix the issue with our almost 20 year old HVAC system at a reasonable cost. They were conscientious in calling to verify I as the property owner was ok with them making the repair and advising what the charges would be. Jeff explained the issue clearly and our tenants are no longer melting in a sweltering house. Also, the woman who called from their office was friendly, professional and helpful.
