Precision Air

When we had some hvac issues our former service provider came in and told us that they could repair our furnace and AC for $6000. Or they could replace it for $20,000 - $25,000. For a small ranch style home of about 1600 sq ft. Not being a dummy I took some bids from other providers. Precision Air was the first to contact me and offered a free estimate. They were on time and the estimate was less than half what our former provider estimated. The gentleman who came to our home took the time to explain how they would replace the 30 year old furnace and repair the area where it was installed and also replace the AC unit that was over 20 years old. Several other bids came in and all around the same price point and one for less but we were impressed by Precision Air professionalism and responsiveness and contracted with them. Financing was easy and they were able to do it within a couple weeks. The two technicians who came to our home were on time, super nice and respectful and work real hard installing the unit. It was a lot of work but they stayed until it was done with no excuses and even though it was late were willing to stay and answer any questions we had.

The price was competitive, they were responsive and helpful, the process was easy and the result was great. From start to finish a great experience. Highly recommend them.

These guys were professionals, Matthew and Alex worked outside in the rain and in the crawl space to install my AC, they were polite and answered any questions I had.

We hired precision air because they gave a thorough explanation on what they would do and how it would be done during the bidding/proposal process. And we are not disappointed. From the moment when Victor and Sam arrived, they show a high level of professionalism -- working meticulously on each tasks and when there were options, they provided their input but listened to our feedback and followed our decisions.

The heat pump turned out to be wider than what our yard door could accommodate. They were creative to find a solution quickly to get the outdoor unit in with minimum interference.

They even worked after normal 5PM shift to make sure that we would have heating by the end of the day. After the installation, they stayed another 40 minutes to test run the system and explained the functionality of each component, what to look for, what to avoid, and of course, how to set up the thermostat. Thank you Victor and Sam!

The folks at Precision helped us replace a heating and AC unit. They were responsive and prompt. Their prices were reasonable and the folks I talked with were all professional and knowledgeable. The install happened on time and on budget and the quality of the work seems to be high. They were very helpful with suggestions to make sure the problem we had with the old system didn't occur again.
I want to call out Serge, especially, for acting over and above and helping get us through a few really cold days by offering up some space heaters before they could get in and do the work. That kind of kindness is awesome and rare and sincerely appreciated!

Ron, Joel, Yuri, and Jacob were fantastic! Complete HVAC install in 3 days. They didn't try to quote me a system I didn't need and they delivered exactly what they promised. Had these guys come out to do a 2-zone mini split system. There ended up being some significant difficulties in the installation due to an old home, but they had no problems coming up with a solve and getting everything done as quickly as they could. Good attention to detail also, both in installing all the pieces cleanly and thorougly, as well as in the clean-up afterward. Super friendly guys as well! Can't recommend them enough.

Precision Air came through for me again!
Mysteriously my air conditioner stopped working and hot weather was approaching! I checked the breakers and did everything that a clueless person like myself would do about HVAC issues, then waited a day or two, and when that didn't work out so well I called Precision Air.
Pleasant employee Katelynn provided great assistance with scheduling the appointment and providing updates as to the technician's arrival.
But it wasn't just any HVAC technician, it was the professional, all-knowing, rock star technician Tyler G.! He provided a friendly, can-do attitude and determined the issue shortly after arriving. Tyler was truly great and I really, really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I highly recommend Precision Air, and I hope they recognize the stellar employee they have in Tyler.
I learned of Precision Air about six years ago when my furnace died in the dead of winter, on a Sunday. I called several HVAC companies and left messages but there was only one company, Precision Air, who returned my call the same day within a few hours. Since that time I've had Precision Air install a new furnace and new air conditioner, plus for seasonal maintenance service.
