Advantage Heating and Cooling

Have been with Advantage for over 5 years now using their PM annual plan. This gives me two included visits per year for summer and winter use. These PM agreements are known to be one of the best ways to prevent furnace fires in homes. I always get a reminder call prior to the scheduled date. Today the guys were running behind, but Becky from the office phoned and gave me the option of waiting or rescheduling. She then kept me informed as to when to expect Jeff and Justin. I would highly recommend Advantage. The technician, Justin, arrived within the 2 hour window (they call when he's 30 minutes out too) and was very professional and friendly. He performed the annual maintenance on both furnaces and afterwards explained what he did and didn't find. Great service, great company!

Jeff was great he did a wonderful job, was on time within the window they gave me. Very prompt with showing up and completing the work and educating me on the problem. Would definitely call him back and refer to all friends and family!

Super friendly technicians. Jeff came to my house tonight because my system wasn't operating correctly. He took the time to trouble shoot my system, teach me how to do some trouble shooting on my own and educate me on how the system works. He even caught mistake by my Security System when they installed my thermostat. This catch saved me what could potentially could've been a very pricey fix if it had gone on unchecked. I highly recommend them.

Nick did our yearly service- he is very kind and informative and had great attention to detail. It is because of his thorough service that I signed up for another year of maintenance.

I can't think of a single reason to choose any other HVAC contractor in the area.

We wanted to add central air to our home and the furnace was 17 years old, so decided to do both at the same time. Despite my gut instinct, I reviewed a few quotes before making my choice.

The biggest factors for me were their attention to detail during the inspection, their longlstanding history and the fact that they install the best HVAC equipment, from Daikin.

The lowest priced quote I received was not much less, and that company wanted to install the least reliable equipment on the market. Nope.

All other contractors told me a giant hole had to be cut in my ceiling to get the equipment in the Attic.
Advantage preserved my ceiling by completely tearing down and rebuilding the unit in my attic! They charged me nothing extra for this and honored their quote.

The owner Matt was here to ensure a quality job.

I requested they leave my thermostat in place that had the features I wanted. It took some doing but they made that work perfectly as well.

There was a small defect with the AC tunnel from Daikin, but they fixed that quickly and permanently.

No install is problem free, so it's how the problems are handled when they occur that really matters, and they came through with flying colors.

They are extremely good with following up at every stage, letting you know if anything changes or if they're running late for any reason.

I just saw them at the Fourth of July parade in Ridgefield, they are a family-owned company that cares about being a part of the community.

I'm thrilled I went with Advantage for this job.

I went through them recently again to install a natural gas line for our new range, and their quote actually was the lowest, and they did an amazing job.

These guys are the experts.
You would be a fool to try any other company.

Purchased an older 1920's home that was previously serviced by Advantage Heating & Cooling. This home had older units that had very little info when googling online but Jeff had extensive knowledge of the history of the furnace, A/C units, servicing, installation tweaks and was very helpful with questions I had. He knows his stuff. Very thorough and expedient. Highly recommended.
