Advantage Heating and Cooling

My family has used Advantage Heating and Cooling for years and years, they are reliable and know their jobs! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, they are excellent at communication- about times for appointments, and keeping you in the loop as to when your service person will be at your home- Jeff has been our service guy from the very beginning, and he is exceptional. Our family would not think of even looking for another company for our furnace needs,

We had a recent install of furnace and ac. We thought everyone we dealt with from office to sales to technicians were super professional and patient. They answered all of our questions and made us not feel silly for asking them. Wyatt and crew showed tremendous patience when it seemed like there were challenges in the installation process. I even noted at the time I would have not shown that much grace in the situation. In my opinion, the mark of a great business is standing behind their service and advantage did just that when there were issues that were beyond their control. They went above to make it right. They definitely earned customer loyalty through their actions.

Jeff was very courteous and thorough. He went above and beyond to repair our furnace and also applied additional sealing for better efficiency. He had repaired our furnace once before and each time we got excellent service and a friendly technician.

Our old heat pump was pretty old and needed replacing. After several companies coming out to look at ours and tell us what we needed, Matt from Advantage Heating and Cooling showed up. He is the owner of this family business and most knowledgable, didn't push us to replace our old unit, and was easy to work with. We signed up with his company and the work was completed today. Josh and Wyatt, the two men who did the work, were awesome. They were quiet and respectful, yet fun to talk with. They explained how everything worked and left the areas as clean as they found it. Matt, the owner, also showed up on the first day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Permits, electrical inspections, county inspections and PUD rebates were all handled by the company. An easy and pleasant experience. We will be having them come yearly to service and clean. Can't say enough nice things about Advantage Heating and Cooling.

We had a full HVAC replacement and I couldn't be happier with the pricing, technical knowledge, and customer service at Advantage. I chose Advantage after getting 4 bids with varying levels of solutions ( I needed some ductwork modifications). This didn't end up being the cheapest bid, but it was several thousand dollars less than 2 of the bids and I'm sure was a better solution than all of them. Everyone we worked with was top notch....from the owner Matt to the installers to the representatives on the phone. Post install, we had some minor warranty work pop up and they stood by their product. Really just an amazing team.

Our heater was not working so we set up an appointment with Advantage Heating and Cooling to come take a look at it. They gave us a 2 hour window when a technician would be here and they called us to give us a better idea of what time we should expect them within that window. The technician (Jeff) arrived on time and was extremely helpful and informative. He took the extra time to walk me through what he was looking at and what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would happily have this company come back out to do work again in the future.

Jeff came out last week a little after 8pm and spent almost 2 hours diagnosing our furnace and heat pump, both of which are very old. The water heater is the original from 1966! He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and spent the time explaining everything to me so that it was easy to understand! I highly recommend Advantage for your heating and cooling needs!

I have been with Advantage for five years and they consistently provide excellent customer service and high quality work. Jeff has been performing annual cleanings of my oil furnace for five years and has patiently explained things to me when I ask the same question over and over. I highly recommend Advantage.

Advantage made quick work of our heating problem. The heater just stopped working, and they came out the next day to take a look. Jeff was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained it clearly and made sure we knew the tasks he was performing. He also answered other heating related questions we had. The rate was very reasonable, and we will be using them in the future.
