My husband and I had the BEST experience with KOVA Heating and Cooling. They were able to get us on schedule within the same week and saved us from the upcoming heat wave. Every member of their staff we came in contact with (phone, email, and in-person) was kind, professional, friendly and knowledgable. Will 100% be recommending to family and friends.

We just replaced our central AC and gas furnace with latest heat pump and energy efficient gas furnace with KOVA! Great work done at reasonable price! I had tons of questions and owner David and Tech Sam were very responsive and professional throughout! Highly recommended!

KOVA was able to take my call in the weekend and get me on their schedule on Monday! The technician came out and was very knowledgeable, he was able to give me a play by play on what he was doing and that put me at ease. I had the best experience with everyone at Kova from start to finish. I needed a new a/c unit. They answered the phone on the weekend and after hours! All I wanted to do was leave a message. My unit was 12 years old, had a leak and there was zero Freon or pressure in it. On Monday they came out, I said yes to a new unit on Wednesday, and by Friday I was COOL again.. so kind and personable. Definitely recommend.

After our A/C went out, I figured that we would have to wait for repair services. So I requested a booking to inspect and repair our unit ASAP. They were here the next morning and called ;ater that day to schedule the repair itself.

Working with KOVA was easy and painless. When they looked at our system, the technician tried the cheapest fix first - and it worked. We know our unit is getting onto the older side, and he could have told us we just had to get a new one for what, ten times what we paid today? When it does come time for that, I'll be calling KOVA.

David Kovalev and team did a great job. We replaced 2 HVAC Systems in our House and installed a mini-Split system in our ADU. The previous systems were old and being serviced every few months by another company, who had recommended we replace with new systems. When the AC System broke again 1 day after previous fix (Paid $540), we decided to replace the system and to request at least 3 bids. Kova was recommended, the first to respond back to inquiry, first to show up to look at the systems, and was clearly the most aggressive group in terms of quote follow-up. Kova was also able to do the installation within 2 weeks, while the other 2 bids were 4-6 weeks out for installation. The original company we used for regular service bid the system about 25% higher than Kova. We decided to take a chance with KOVA and we are very happy that we did.

The Kova team was pro-active, kept us up to date, and finished on-time. They did have to work till 8:00 PM on the first night as they ran into some issues with the previous installation that were unforeseen (Not built to code). The team cleaned up every night, filled out the Warranty paperwork, and documented the job well. We have a great system, and I can give Kova 5 stars! Ed

The best heating and cooling company I have used in 40 years of owning a home. They care about you and the quality and detail of the work is what you hope for when you bring a person to repair or install into your home. They installed our heating and have maintained our heat and cooling for years. We recommend KOVA at the highest level.

Julian was on time, professionally communicated throughout the steps he was performing and it really put me at ease.
Answered all our questions which if you are my close friend then you would know i can be so curious at times. But he answered all of them and really made me feel comfortable.
And he was very respectful of our home and of our time.

Called Kova and they were able to send someone out right away to check our Heating system that was making a bad noise when we were facing freezing temperatures. When the repair person showed up, he was very helpful, explained everything, gave us prices on the spot so it felt very transparent. He then was able to go get the parts, return promptly and have it fixed with in a very short window. Great service, great outcome. In the current state of doing business it's difficult to get companies to even call you back, this was the opposite experience for a change! Breath of fresh air! Thank you Kova and Julian.

These guys are Great! They got back to us almost immediately with an appointment amidst cold temperatures outdoors. Ontime, polite, very efficient, and professional. We had a hole in our copper piping coming from the heat pump and repaired it very quickly. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, KOVA!
