I felt like that I was overcharged for my service. The young guy who did the service is not to blame. For I think he just followed the regulations of the company. When I called the company, the lady told me that the cost will be a little below $200. I do not remember the exact amount. I am very bad in remembering numbers. And when the guy comes, he told me that if I need to check up both the heating and cooling, the cost will be double.
I thought the system has both the heating and cooling system and how can I let my HVAC to checked up separately. I told him to check up both the system and the charge was doubled.
Well, I do not think this is normal.

Had an awesome experience with SCHC. Our furnace hasn’t been working for the last week. When I called, they didn’t have any opening in their schedule for several days but said they would try to fit me in earlier. They called me back less than a hour later and told me a tech had found some extra time in their schedule. Brandon was our tech, he was very professional, quick and transparent. The service fee was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and speed at which they took care of our issue.

Greg was an amazing guy. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix my heater. I would highly recommend this company and this man.

Very good customer service, easy to schedule, easy to pay. Tech was courteous, on time, knowledgeable and very good at explaining the repair and the operating system. Would use again.

Called once when the motor for my system died and another to help me when my system stopped working to gently remind me to change the filter without pushing me to schedule a technician and pay unnecessary fees. They are honest people who won't talk down to you but help you.

I will call them at the end of next year when I need to install a new system.

Smart Choice was very professional. From the time I made the first phone call to the time the tech made his visit there was nothing but professionalism. Every contact was friendly and helpful. The Tech showed up ready to work and diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part to fix the issue. Smart Choice realized the furnace was still under warranty after I was told by another HVAC company that installed the furnace that it was out of warranty. If you are looking for a friendly, professional, and honest HVAC I would highly recommend Smart Choice.
