I contacted David thru a referral, rate was good, seemed like a nice guy, but my problem was I needed someone to trouble shoot my hvac system. My electricity bill
had been almost double for last two months. He came out and quickly looked thru my system. He thought he found the issue, made out bill and I paid in full.

This was back in late December 2022, almost four months later, my electric bill was still very high so I called my previous company I had used many times in the past.
He’s very good but I thought he was over charging me. He came out, and right away figured out the problem, my system had a coolant leak. He recharged my system about two weeks ago and I check my electric meter every day. Since he came out my electrical usage has been about a third of what it was over the last several months. I guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. David didn’t even check my coolant level.

David was fantastic! When our pre 1999 AC stopped working I thought we would have to have a new system. David returned my call in a timely manor and was out to look at the unit. It turned out to only need a part. Once the part was in stock he was back out and had us fixed quickly. Honest, great communication and fairly priced!

Fast, friendly and they found an issue that could have literally burned my house down. I'm incredibly grateful for Air Exchange Inc!
