Staff and field personnel were all courteous and responsive. No surprises with billing. The A/C works great. However, the crew switched gears mid stream and decided to run the lines under the house after they had already started to go through the attic. I was left with a sub-par sheetrock patch in my garage, a metal plate covering a hole in my eaves, and unpatched screw holes in my exterior siding.

I've been using Smart Choice Heating & Cooling in Vancouver WA, for about 4 years now. Their technicians have always been timely, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Always taking time to explain what work they are performing, why, and offering options when available. Whether it's routine maintenance, replacing an evaporation cooler, or servicing our heat pump, I'm confident in their abilities, knowledge, and fair pricing without question. I live in Woodland WA, so it's nice that they service SW Washington and come this far. Kudos to techs Jacob, Brandon, and receptionist Jen. Always friendly and professional.

We just purchased an A/C unit from Smart Choice. The first contact was calm and professional. He listened, then after hearing his response, I asked what he would do if it was his house. We considered 4 installers and feel Smart Choice offered the best overall value.

Smart Choice installed my AC 5 years ago. I have not had a single problem with it since. They also come out and perform annual maintenance on both my AC and heater. Very professional and nice folks. I recommend them to everyone!

The people at Smart Choice Heating are always extremely professional very kind! Brandon has been servicing my poor old furnace for over a decade now. And she still runs like a dream. Highly recommend these people. It’s hard to find good service these days, and they go above and beyond!

Incredibly happy with my service! My heat went out during the winter snow storm, I called Smart Choice to schedule an appointment for diagnosis and was happy to find out they're now working weekends. I set up a 10am appointment on Sunday, the technician Greg called at 8 and said he could come earlier or wait until 10. Of course I said he could come earlier! Greg was nice and very knowledgeable. He had my heat working in about an hour and for a fraction of the cost I thought it would cost. All and all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Smart Choice.

I called Smart Heating & Cooling at 8 am and they had a technician out at 10:30 AM! Two other companies quoted me DAYS before I had called them. The technician was super professional and nice! He put booties on his shoes, he told me everything he was doing step by step. My system needed a new mother board and he called around looking for one, then he went and grabbed it. I was so impressed with him that I then asked if he would go ahead and do the yearly maintenance on both the furnace as well as the AC! He even prepared a detailed report I can use when we sell our home later this year. I'll never use anyone else!

Firet time I used Smart Choice Heating and Cooling, was over 15yrs, there craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service is 2nd to none. They don't just focus on fixing your system, they focus on reliability and they make sure they did the work that you paid for. Meaning almost all the time they go a over and above the the needed work to be done. Super happy with them.

We had a no-heat situation, not life threatening, but uncomfortable. Jen at Smart Choice was able to get Brandon out within a couple hours to diagnose the issue. Found the problem, ordered the replacement part. Was told a couple days out on the part, however, the part came in the next day, Melanie arranged for Derrick come right out to get us up and going. In a world of mediocre service and supply chain issues, Smart Choice delivered the goods and exceeded my expectations by a mile. Honestly, I tried other companies before I was referred to Smart Choice. They got the furnace working before anyone else could get out for a diagnosis. They weren't my 1st Choice, but they were the Smart Choice and my only choice going forward.

Smart choice installed a new furnace for us a few months ago. It cost what they said it would and was done when they said it would be. There was one minor mixup where I asked for a wifi compatible thermostat and it got missed but they came back and installed it free of charge. Customer service was fantastic.
