They performed a diagnostic check. I was happy with the service they provided and the price was fair. They did however give me bad news but that's not their fault.

Always prompt and very polite. Easy to understand as they are able to explain issues or recommendations in terms a non-expert in HVAC can make sense of.

I contacted Smart Choice to service my ductless systems at my home. Customer Service was great as they got me an appointment the very next day.

Brandon was our Tech that day. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose a problem with one of my units (it had not been working properly for some time). He was able to complete the repairs in a couple of hours and my system is now working great!

Just a reminder. As the temperatures get warmer, they become extremely busy, so if you are looking for quick service get ahead of the game and call them sooner rather than later.

Great experience with Smart Choice. I recommend them highly.

What a great company! Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were professional, accommodating, and friendly.
My mother-in-law's A/C stopped working in the middle of a heatwave (of course). After calling 3 other companies without success, I called Smart Choice and someone actually answered the phone! I explained that my mother-in-law is in her 80's and really needed her A/C fixed as soon as possible. They had an opening for the next day, but said they'd call if anything opened up the same day. Happily, the receptionist called about 20 mins later and said the technicians would be there around 1PM that same day. They arrived, and within an hour, the problem was solved. Wonderful service & good pricing. We'll never call anyone else for our A/C & heating needs. In fact, I'll be sharing their information on our neighborhood recommendations page.

They were able to get me in the day after I called. They showed up on time and did a great job, at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Greg was here right on time and got right to work. He's now my new guy for my hvac problems. I will be calling Smartchoice in the future. Hopefully not in the near future. Lol

Our A/C went out during 95-100 degree weather. Smart Choice was able to come out the next day and had the part we needed on their truck. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. The technician also noticed that our hot water heater vent had come free and offered to tape it back together to seal it properly. Above and beyond!!

We had this company install our new HVAC system, I think 2 years ago. They found and addressed issues with our duct work that were making our system work harder than necessary (that no one else had pointed out previously in our old house). This time they quickly addressed a noise (loose screw) and did the routine maintenance. Always very communicative and knowledgeable - seems like a great team they have running this small business.
