Greg was awesome today! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have had so many HVAC technicians in the last year try to figure out why my furnace kept shutting off and charging me an arm and a leg to replace parts. Only to find out it still kept shutting off. Greg came in and checked out everything and looked at the big picture. He found that my 9 year old house had a duct that was never attached to the HVAC system and the drain pipe wasn't angled correctly to allow the moisture to drain properly; holding in water and shutting off the furnace. Words are not enough to share with you how much I appreciate Greg and Smart Choice for fixing my furnace and not charging me an arm and a leg, so I can be warm again. I HIGHLY recommend both Greg and Smart Choice for all of your HVAC needs.
