    Lyle is very professional, He went over what we wanted. He asked all the right questions in order to get us with the right size unit for our home. His installers are friendly, fast, and professional. We love our new ductless Daikin 2.0 ton. I love that it gets cold 🥶 . I'm sure we'll enjoy the heat in the wintertime too. If you're looking for world-class customer service.....

    Saw one of their marked trucks going between 90-95 mph on I-84 near the Snake River Canyon exit. Small box truck 02-27-2023. Irresponsible drivers work for this outfit so if you see one watch out. Update: Sounds like it was just one driver. I am sure it was an isolated incident.

    I was recommended to this company by my husband's boss, so I thought it would be a good deal.
    Lyle came over the house and measured and I thought he was going to do a good job. NOT!
    First of all, it took almost a year for the work to even start. Set me up with twice the amount of power needed for my home. It's like a windstorm in the house!
    TOTAL OVERKILL!

    The first time I used it, water poured down my walls onto my hanging artwork and down to my hardwood floor! Apparently, the installer just duct taped the hose together in the unit and did not connect it properly. Thank God I was home at the time and heard the water splash down on the floor.
    After I complained about the excessive power he said he would trade one of the units for a lower power unit... a couple of months later he said no. I call that a lie!!!
    Yeah...I have A/C now, like a freezer!
    It chills my house in about 5 minutes, then I have to either shut it off, or wear a sweater, while it's 100° outside.

    So, we were charged twice the amount for what we needed, and once they got our money...

    NOT HAPPY.
    NOT NOT NOT!!!
    WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

    So I was calling around for some help with the design of my HVAC system but I am planning on doing the install myself. I called multiple companies and they all brushed me off but JNB was different! Lyle took my call and was happy to help me out and gave me a ton of information. I actually own a local home inspection company and will definitely be sending work their way knowing that they will take care of people. Top notch service.

    JNB Mech. installed an AC unit for my Server Room and did an amazing, clean, and quick job. Would recommend them for any HVAC, AC or Heating installation/repair job. Special thanks to Jason for giving such a great price on the unit and installation and on such short notice. Great company, would highly recommend.

    Well I have a completely different opinion about JNB. The company I work for is My Auto Repair & Tire Center. We... well really I was the general contractor on the project. This was a role I was thrown into. When we were interviewing different HVAC companies, Lyle with JNB far outweighed the competition. He remained professional even when I would ask him silly questions or repeat questions. All the way through the project, Lyle was prompt to get back to me and was very kind to work with. I really appreciated his time during the project. Time is hard to come by when you are busy and he just flat made time for us when we needed him. Thank you Lyle.

    I think it is worthy of posting these comments for anyone that may choose this company to do work for them. We had an appointment that was scheduled for six weeks prior to the appointment today. The appointment was a normal annual HVAC checkup on two of our heat pumps. When the technician arrived at our home he did not have new filters nor an air scrubber system that we specifically requested six weeks ago when we made the appointment. Upon learning that the technician did not have any of the necessary parts for our job, we told him that he had wasted our time. My husband called the company and requested to speak to a manager and the manager's response to this ineptness was to say that he felt badly for his technician that he would have to make two service trips and only get paid for the one. At this point, we let it be known that we would no longer consider this company ever again to do our HVAC servicing.

    These guys are morons, they do okay work for a bunch of sorry asses.

    Whatever you do don't work for them though, they laid me off after working me to death right before my 3 month period where I'd get health insurance etc.

    Also they wouldn't pay proper out of town per diem, they tried paying me $30.00 a day while I was up in Seattle. (still got proof too)

    Just a shady bunch of bullshitters, don't waste your time working there, and do you really want to support a business that screws over the Average hard working American?

    Unprofessional. Does not pull correct permits for when installing roof top units for example at hooligans restraunt... I'm sure many more And I'm sure a couple gardens . (city is looking forward to pull your permits..)...usually done at 5/6 am so nothing was scene!!.

    Whatever you do don't work for them Jason Will pull some ass hat move like get pissy like a highschool girl when he finds out the service technicians are communicating among them selves!!!(GASP)! and one of those techs was on a legitimate day off!!! Jason in his super pissy hat ask the other technicians if they have been communicating they said yes!!!! (Not sure where in the world you cant talk to other people)(GASP) so at that point at 8 am he starts demanding his van back from the. Tech who was working on his two week notice (on the techs day off). Conviently that tech did not get his vacation pay because captain pissy pants let him go that day because he was talking to the other Technicians

    Just a shady bunch of bullshitters, don't waste your time working there.
