Had Thomas Lyons come out as our technician on a Saturday morning 8:30a.
Before this appointment, we had Sound Heating and Air out twice who did not correctly diagnose the problem.
Thomas explained the issue, made recommendations, and set a next step plan.

He was SUPER knowledgeable and had reasonable answers for every question.
I have had so many bad experiences with the labor industry service techs that it was nice to have someone like Thomas come out.

The quote was given by the end of the sales visit. The other quotes from other companies took days. Price was right. Time to the install day was quick. The installers finished in the time frame the sales person said. Great experience. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

I called with an intermittent power outage issue and they were able to squeeze in a same day appointment as well as a quote for future work. Sean was very professional and helpful and i look forward to working with them again.

The whole experience with Taylor was great.
From the consultation with Nar Lopez, the phone team, the Electricians that updated my Panel, meter. HVAC Techs like Joey Deleon and crew that replaced my Furnace and installed A/C.
They were all on time, clean, kept me informed, respectful and professional. There was no sales pitches to bore through. The information was accurate and honest.
