Dan and Gabe installed our a/c unit. I am a nightmare. I'm an over the shoulder observer because it's my house. Both guys answered questions thoroughly and professionally. The work looks great, it we be a few hot days before I know the quality. Everything is working well now.

Taylor doesn’t seem to care about your time. They canceled my maintenance appointment the evening before, less than 24 hours notice. I had already made necessary arrangements to be home for the appointment. Thought I would have more receptive customer service after paying them over 10k for a recent install. Go elsewhere.

Our furnace of 25 years had quit blowing hot air. My husband had done some investigating and said we had to call someone. It was out of his scope of expertise. So I started calling. Taylor Heating & AC was my first call. They also had the best diagnostic appointment price. I did make other calls to other companies for price comparison which were a good $25-$75 more so I decided to go with Taylor Heating & AC. I had a friendly conversation with Kristen (I think that was her name). We set up a time for Donny to come over to diagnose my furnace the next day. He was friendly and professional. He explained in detail what was wrong and what wasn't. Which was nice because I didn't feel like he was going to push other costly or unnecessary repairs on me. Honesty up front! He went through his list of possible discounts. I qualified for the senior discount; 55+. Yay! He also explained his company was contracted with my utility company for other discounts and programs for future reference. Which is helpful knowledge. After the estimate was given I told him I had to update my husband first before accepting the offer. Donny let me know that was fine and when I was ready I could accept the offer via email and they would get Ron or another tech to come out and complete the repair the next day. Ron was also friendly and knowledgeable. He got my furnace working with hot air. He said the report would be online and my husband could read it or call if he had any questions. Ron had figured out that my furnace system was wired screwy. I just laughed at that. it perplexed him, but didn't diminish his skills. I was very pleased with all of the employees of Taylor Heating & AC. I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you all so very much.

Ryan was excellent. He found out why a couple outlets weren’t working and I had also asked for some electrical work and he discussed plans on how to make it happen. I would highly recommend.

Hired these guys to replace an old circuit panel and install a car charger. They were very thorough and significantly cheaper than the competition. They were polite and non invasive during the installation and kept me informed. I would definitely use them again.

Had to replace my HVAC system. Upgraded to a newer, more efficient heat pump style. Taylor Heating was awesome to work with, on time, professional, and efficient! Love our new updated unit! I do recommend!
