Experienced what I thought was going to be a late night emergency requiring someone to come in and charge whatever they wanted, but then I reached Thurman’s heating. The call was picked up almost immediately, and Bill walked me through the basics - asked me to look around and the most basic solution helped keep my baby girl and toddler warm tonight! Thank you so much for being patient with a layman like me. Your laugh in the end helped make MY night! I now know how to call if I have any serious emergencies in the future.

Very honest and compassionate guys. They truly will come in the middle of the night if it is an emergency! Bill is a veteran and owner of this business.

Called Bill after our heat went out during a below freezing winter snow storm in December 2021. Called other places with no luck but Bill answered first call. He had me send him a picture of the furnace and he walked me through the entire process on how to troubleshoot the issue. He saved our family during these freezing temperatures we are in. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend Bill!!

Called Bill for repairs on my furnace. Instead he gave me directions over the phone on how to fix it. (I’m a DIY kinda guy) He even ordered the part for me, paid for it. I picked it up and installed myself. He also hasn’t allowed me to pay for the part either....Who does that?!

I guess the work was good. The furnace works now. The gentleman spent about 45 minutes here and charged me $300.00
To change out a $7.00 part. He told me the part was $96.00. That's quite a mark up. Maybe he should try a different supplier....... meanwhile he has contacted me and offered to refund the $96.00.
I will gladly change the review after.

All said and done. He did refund me for the part. We both apologized for the miss understanding. He did good work and in the end, for a reasonable price. I would definitely use Thurmans again.

Called this morning. Discussed the issues I was having with my furnace. Said he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in. Called me a few hours later. Said he was a few minutes away. Showed up had the issue figured out within just a few minutes. I thought the part was kind of pricey but it is what it is. Work was fast. Furnace works great now. To a couple of the other reviewers. #1. teach your kids how to pee in a toilet. #2. It's hard to work and talk at the same time when your holding a phone. 😁. Thanks guys for the job well done.

I called Thurman's to ask if they had a part that I felt I needed to get my furnace up and running. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone took the time out to explain to me that I didn't need to spend money on the part and let me know what the most common cause for the issue my furnace was having. He walked me though, on the phone, what to do and how to fix the issue. He took the time out to help me fix an issue and save me a bunch of money on something that was VERY easy to fix!

We bought a house and wanted to have our furnace checked. We got Bill Thurman's name from our real estate agent. Bill and Brian came right over, checked it out and declared our furnace in fine shape. I asked about having some gas lines run to our kitchen, laundry and fireplace. He gave us a reasonable quote and got right to it. Now we're cooking with gas and thinking about adding air conditioning next spring. Bill and his team are true pros! Thanks!
