    Rob responded to a request and came out on a Sunday morning emergency call, for less than quoted by another company. Found the issue, got our gas furnace working safely, tested for carbon monoxide to assure us everything was good, and gave us a fair quote for replacing the part that wasn't working. I would recommend Miller Comfort Systems to anyone needing a heating or air company. They are great!!

    Kenneth sold me a furnace he referred to as "an Infinity compared to Nissan" that would be suitable to heat my home. When the crew arrived Friday, 5 hours after the quoted time frame, they said they were unable to install that model I paid for and left with it. However, Miller Comfort Systems still charged me- for this inconvenience and their breach of our contract!

    Our Air Conditioner went out on a Sunday and Miller Comfort Systems had us installed with a new system by Wednesday. Their quote was the best price, they upgraded our unit and their service was Outstanding! I Highly recommend this company!

    We had a technician come diagnose our Daikin system. He was nice and seemed to work efficiently. A little while after getting started, he stated that he had the problem diagnosed and was ordering a replacement part under warranty. I was told that I would get an update within the following few days.
    After 5 days, I called Miller with a call back response from the technician. He had ordered the part and it would be another week for the part came in.
    After waiting another two weeks, I tried calling Miller. The lines were down (maybe a IT issue?) so I called again the next day; same thing. I waited a couple more days; no change. I looked up the number that the technician called me from; instantly to voicemail. After trying all number multiple times a day for about a few more days I sent an email directly through the Miller website; STILL no response.
    It's been over a month since the initial diagnosis and Miller has disappeared along with my warranty replacement part.
    Honestly, I don't know what to do from here besides driving an hour to their physical office or trying to find a third HVAC company to diagnose, order and replace the part finally... Yay, Daikin... Yay, Miller...
    I would not recommend anyone using Miller and if you do, don't be surprised if this happens to you.

    Possibly the worst Contractor I have ever hired and I have built many homes in 6 different Counties in Washington State in the past 30 years prior to becoming disabled in a job accident... Being disabled MCS took advantage of my condition as being a person who would have to pay what every amount was demanded for their on site trouble shooting and work on a HVAC system. Over $1,400.00 was charged for a couple visits that did not resolve matters at all. I am still owed money back 8 months later from overpayment of an invoice. The overpayment was to be applied to any remaining work that was necessary. I have been Without heat and Air Conditioning for the past 8 months and the Owner of MCS refuses to complete the repair work they have been paid for already.. They ordered parts for warranty repair work, and now those parts have disappeared.

    Not a chance in hell I would ever consider calling these clowns. Fraud and Extortion is their Method of Operations as well as taking advantage of those with disabilities.. beware

    I am a real estate agent and investor and I love these guys. Their service is like Nordstroms with Target prices. I can call Rich for a service or install and he takes great care to make sure everything is perfect before he leaves. Highly recommend!

    They installed my heating unit with a blower(fan) outside my home. It worked well for 2 years. It saved on electricity but recently it froze up twice.Something is wrong. I tried to reach the company who installed it, but when I called the number that was given to me, it said:" the number is no longer in service" .I think they went out of business.
    Does anyone know a company they trust who could fix my fan?

    Very happy with this installation, gave me exacty what I wanted installed in less than 2 hr, Great price and great service. All quotes over the phone and no extra time need to come to the house and waste my time. Would highly recommend.

    Had a new system installed last year, today it is 60 degrees in my house and 75 in my garage. Tried to call and the seem to have changed their number or maybe they are no longer in business????

    The entire process was so smooth! All points of contact; office, bidder, installers, electricians, where incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient!
