LeAir installed a new furnace and AC unit in the house I recently purchased (installed in 2018). They installed the wrong size furnace (it’s too big). It’s so big that the unit overheats itself and shuts down. The second thing they messed up was not supporting the PVC vent pipe. It slid down over time and broke the seal at the roof, allowing water in. The third item they messed up was using 3” collars to penetrate the roof, but only installing 2.5” PVC.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and hours of my time to fix all their mistakes, and I’m still stuck with an oversized furnace (and AC unit) at the end of the day.

A recommendation I can make is to hire Andy at WCS Heating and Air Conditioning. Unlike LeAir, he knows what he is doing.

I rarely post business reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Ever. The owner (Connie LeAir) inherited the company from her deceased husband, and she has no understanding of the business--or any business for that matter. My original boiler installation was done incorrectly and with poor quality of product and worksmanship by inexperienced workers. Not surprisingly, the only experience tech has since quit. Numerous repairs were immediately necessary, but my requests to fix the many problems were rarely if ever responded to. Gas leaks were detected because of faulty installation. Connie's repy: "call PSE". The boiler was defective and quit running numerous times; my house was without heat for months at a time. Initially I was quite patient, but the owner never seemed the least bit concerned I was without heat for all of Oct and Nov. Despite LeAir's warranty and after two months without heat, I was forced to contact the boiler manufacturer myself to get a replacement boiler have have it installed. The owner agreed I was due a significant refund for their very poor work and all my time and inconvenience dealing with the problems. The job is still unfinished, but Connie has refused to return any of my calls nor issued a refund. If this company is not closed now, it will be soon. Please heed this warning.

My furnace and heat pump are due for annual service and it appears this phone number has been disconnected. Connie has been non responsive to service issues for some time now. I needed service last year and she never called me back so I contacted Hunt services and they came out the same day to fix the issue with my heat pump and my furnace. I do not know who to call regarding the warranty on furnace and heat pump.

3 years ago Le air installed my heat pump heater and hot water tank but it turns out they never hooked up my duct work. We figured out the duct work wasn't together because of a smell. A worker Joe came out and after 3 visits put the duct work together and we discussed that the duct work needed to be cleaned out. I called and talked to the owner Colleen who was going to talk to Joe and get back to me. So today about 4 months later the bad smell was back so I called Colleen and she said Joe no longer worked there and she wasn't going yo help at all even though they left my duct work open. I wouldn't recommend this company at all no customer service.

I have had two furnaces and heat pumps installed in two of my houses. I felt that I got a very good quality trane furnace with a very reasonable price. I have never had any issues. Jim and the entire staff are very professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

They installed a Trane furnace for us in 2008 and were very professional and had the best prices. We paid extra money for a service agreement and a extended warranty with them to register it through Trane. They never entered the paperwork. We had to fight them to honor it and LeAir dropped us as a client.

Used this company for a complete install of a new furnace and heat pump back in 2011. Have used them to do annual service on my system. From making an appointment to the service workers coming to my house, they have been very friendly and professional. Would and do highly recommend this company.

This company was a no-show to 3 separate appointments. 1st excuse was "technician got hurt over the weekend" 2nd excuse was "we had a higher priority 'no heat' call" (i.e. more money), 3rd excuse was "technician was out sick". I received no phone calls and had to call the company to get the above excuses.

Note: a technician did show up unscheduled but was unable to work because the thermostat was "too complicated". (Le Air is the original installer)

Attempting to contact them for warranty service on my Trane which was installed in either 2013 or 2014. When calling the phone number on the website it rings, then someone picks up and hangs up immediately (99.9% sure it's not a robot, the number of rings varies each time).
Called three times just now: 1) one ring . 2) six rings. 3) three rings. If I get a response I'll update here.
