Tyler helped us get the right unit and scheduled us quickly. They replaced our old electrical furnace and added a heat pump. Cody and Dan came out and did a great job with the install. From start to finish great experience and very fast work. Very professional. Would definitely use again!

We had a heat pump installed on January 6, 2022. There was a torrential downpour that day and the whole side of our house flooded where the outdoor unit was to go. Matt, Ian, and crew got to work immediately at 7:30 sharp. They worked tirelessly with no complaints and were actually quite jovial! They finished at 4 PM and everything worked beautifully. I felt bad some needed hip-waders.

After the installation, they took the time to give us an informational seminar on the monthly care and filter cleaning of the indoor unit, and t-stat operation. All of our questions were answered before they left.

We feel secure that they will be doing our yearly maintenance. I hear they are quite busy so I plan to call a month early.

From my initial phone contact, to our salesman Connor, to the most efficient and knowledgeable crew, The experience was great. That kind of lessens the blow when you’re investing over $10,000. Well worth it❣️

These guys are true professionals! Among the reps of 3 other A/C Co.'s, Tylor was the most sincere and well-informed person. He provided a complete quote with all necessary info. and the most reasonable pricing. He promised the installation on certain date, A&H crew came in at 8:00 AM sharp on that very date, completed the installation and left a clean installation site. I am very satisfied with A&H's business and happy to strongly recommended them to everyone..

I just had a new furnace and heat pump installed in my Puyallup home on May 31, 2023. From sales to electrical and the installation, the level of professionalism from this company is fantastic. On completion of the installation, they made sure I understood how the system operated and showed me the best and most efficient way to run the new system. This was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

We have reached out to this company multiple times to get our AC working properly. New housing development in McCormick Woods and our AC unit was not blowing out cold air from the moment we moved in. A tech came to our house and said it was low on freeon, so he filled it up with freeon. He never look to see if there was a leak or do any diagnostic checks. 4 days later the AC still not blowing out cold air. We schedule multiple appointments with A&H and they have canceled on us multiple times due to sick, no techs availability, etc. They have yet to call us back to reschedule and when I call them they make an excuse to why they can't make it. This is so frustrating, especially buying a new home and your AC does not work when you need it too. Worst experience ever dealing with this company.

Theis company is terrific , they came out promptly gave me clear estimates on exactly what I wanted. I had a new heat pump installed via the city of Tacoma 0 interest loan, , prices were the best , the installation was done quickly -we are warm and cozy now. And the nicest guys anywhere!

We hired A&H to replace our 20 year old heat pump system. From the initial bid all the way through installation was pretty smooth. On install day the team was on time, courteous, and professional. Great group of guys. All of our questions were answered. We are proud homeowners that are particular with who we higher as we do not ever plan to move. I would recommend A&H for sure.
