A&H Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

We used A&H to replace our furnace, install AC, and replace our water heater. During the initial process of getting quotes on the installation, I worked closely with Connor who was very friendly and professional in answering all of my questions and in helping me determine the pros/cons of the different routes we could go. The installation itself was handled by Ian and Mike, who completed the entire setup in a single day, walked me through everything, and then answered all questions I had as well. Overall, I would highly recommend working with A&H, as our new systems work great, the company is professional, and they worked closely with me to help arrive at a budget friendly installation that met our exact needs.

We decided to add a Heat Pump to our existing gas furnace. A&H did an excellent job. Matt was here until the job was done and answered all our questions. They left the garage area cleaner than when they arrived.
Update: The city permit inspector came by today to inspect the installation. He mentioned that he really likes A&H. He's never had an issue with their work. It passed inspection with flying colors.

Had A&H out to install Air Conditioning to my existing furnace. After many quotes, Connor from A&H came out to give us a quote, it was a great value and I felt they were a very reputable and professional company, they were very strait forward and upfront with everything, did not try to up sell me on anything I did not want or need at the time. They were on time and easy to schedule to come out for the work in a timely manner. Matt and Camillo came out to do the install, they were very professional, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves very well, and got the complete job done in less than 8 hours. The work looks great and it works great as well. Now I have air conditioning for when the heat comes. Thank you very much. Looking forward to working with A&H from here on out.

Quick responses when reaching out to A&H. Great customer service. Friendly employees. A&H has been great from installing our new AC unit, to doing a maintenance on our furnace, to then repairing our older furnace. They always show up on time. They clean up their mess if they make any. They give you thorough information when explaining what needs to be done or what they did etc..
Loving this company so far & will continue to go through them for our AC & furnace needs!!

My gas water heater tank failed 4 days before Christmas so I contacted 3 contractors for bids. All of the contractors provided quotes for a new Bradford White 50 gallon tank. The bid from A&H Heating & Air Conditioning LLC was hundreds of dollars lower than the other two bids for the same model. After verifying their contractor license which was up to date with insurance, bonding and no complaints, I chose A & H. In less that two days, I had a new hot water tank in my garage. I want to thank Connor for his quick response on the quote. He secured a new tank from a supplier before I ever committed to the contract, and was in continual communication with me until the unit was delivered to my home. I also want to thank Matt, who did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. Everyone I talked to at A&H was focused on insuring my hot water was restored before Christmas. - Thank you so much!

A&H was able to fix my overcharged refrigerant system on the second try. It appeared that their technicians were knowledgeable, but not necessarily prepared. They did satisfactorily get the job done, and my unit works excellent.
The thing that I would expect a service technician to do is to lay out the options rather than only asking to perform the highest costing option. I became aware after the fact that instead of discharging my overcharged system then recharging it with brand new refrigerant, some of the used refrigerant could have been reused. This would have dramatically reduced my bill, as the refrigerant disposal fee cost more than the rest of the bill. I understand the reasons why it would be beneficial to do it the way it was done, but the system and refrigerant were hardly used, so it likely would not have made a difference. An additional note is that the cost associated with taking the old refrigerant was not clarified prior to doing the work.

I was in the process of looking for a new furnace and after 4 bids from other companies trying to upgrade me, A&H was the only one that gave me just a replacement bid!
They came when they said they would and since then I have them come once a year for maintenance.
They call me when they have someone in the area to see if I need anything every so often.

Connor was great to work with on the quote. He was willing and able to work with me or my husband depending on which of us were available; this is something other HVAC companies we talked to struggled with in the quote phase.

Dan and Cody did our install. They arrived early, did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and left our utility closet cleaner than they found it.

Our HVAC system was older and parts not available. We contacted A&H on a Wednesday for a quote after reading all the Great reviews about them. They sent Connor the very next day. He promptly arrived at 8 am Thursday. He looked over the house and gave us suggestions on brands and options to replace the HVAC system. He followed up with email and pricing. We chose the system and suggested air scrubber. A&H gave us a couple of dates for installation. Very Surprised the dates were the very next week. We went from a broke HVAC system to a brand new York HVAC in 2 weeks !! Very Pleased with all interaction and friendly People at A&H Heating !!
