I have been totally impressed with Taylor's Heating... from initial contact to schedule appointment, to working with the estimator, to scheduling installation and having the techs come out and do the work.
had both an old furnace replaced and a new a/c unit installed. the guys were on time and finished, cleaned up and had answered all my questions in less than 7 hours.
everything looks great and I look forward to having more consistent temp in the house and will definitely be using again.

Very professional and friendly. On time and worked hard to get it done in a reasonable time. Answered any questions I may have had and they cleaned up after they were done. Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn’t a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. Will use them again if the need arises & will recommend to others. The office staff was great too. Good value for the work done & time spent.

Good and quick service, overall, on the replacement of my furnance and heat pump. However, installation techs left their equipment aftwr they show use the updates and that they werw finishing up
They also didn't secure side panel, leaving it exposed, overnight. Had to call back to have another tech come out and complete the job the next day and ensure heat pump wasn't affected.

My entire experience with Taylor Heating & Air has been fantastic. From the person that came out to give me the estimate, to the office people in getting my install scheduled and assisted with financing to the Tech today that did the install (thank you Joey). This company provides the best customer service and do what they promise. We bought a furnace from them in 2018 and came back when we needed a new A/C. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very first message I sent, Taylor was very quick to respond and friendly! They had the best prices around in comparison to all the others I checked (and there were several). Chad came out the next day to do the initial inspection and advised us to go the route that would save us the most money! They were able to schedule a new furnace install for the very next day for 8-10am and Joey and his apprentice showed up right before 8am to start! The work was great and they even installed a new thermostat for us for no extra charge! Thank you, Taylor for your services!! Happy customers here! :)

Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional.

The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

The electrical inspection this morning with Ryan Youngs was great! I was able to confirm the details needed on my electrical panel for the ac install later this week along with other questions I had for future plans for the house.

Camryn and his teammate came out and installed the ac unit this morning extra early and completed the job before I left for lunch! I got the walk through and test of the ac unit and installation and maintenance, now I'm just waiting for the heat to come!

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company.
Update…
We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people’s time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system.
Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product 🤦🏽‍♀️.
