I picked this company because of the number of reviews and it's a 5.0. Sure enough numbers don't lie. This team rocks! From the moment I talked to Shawn the first time and got a quote, to Shannon, and to the install team - Kirt, Luis, Austin, and Bill. They're all impressive professionals, fast, highly skilled, and know their craft very well. Unbeatable value. The experience made my first heat pump install stress-free. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Shawn and his team were up front and honest with what is best for my homes needs. They were fair priced, have a great warranty, and set up a schedule for service needs for my new system.

After the installation, a full walk through and proper use instructions were given and clear to follow. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

We had called for a new Heat pump install and the response was nothing but good from the get go. Shannon was quick to get us on the schedule and the install team was fantastic. Kirt and Austin were informative through the whole process and Shawn was quick to get straight to work. Oh, and one other thing, they took all the garbage and old equipment leaving me with no mess or garbage to take care ofVery happy with the work by this company and would recommend to anyone.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Tahoma Heating and Cooling. We had a split system installed in my wife's studio and it came out great! Shawn and the team were on time, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Quality work for a fair price.

Kirk is very knowledgeable and intuitive. I have scheduled annual maintenance with the owner and he sends the same rep out who knows our unit as they installed it. Kirk helps us understand our unit and how to operate it, and it keeping it running 100%. They installed this unit 6 years ago and it came with 3 years free maintenance and if you think about it, $250 to keep our filters clean, lines free and clear, electrical components proper, lines, duct units, etc, they do a lot for our units and they are on point whether heating or cooling (you know this last year was super cold and this year is already hitting really high temps). Couldn't be happier with any other company. Keep up the good work guys!

Every single person we dealt with, from initial consult to our first service and everything in between , were polite and professional. They explained everything clearly and didn’t mind being asked a bunch of questions. Installation crew of our new furnace and A/C system was on time and quick to finish the job. Great company all round!

It’s been 4 months since we had our heat pump installed and we couldn’t be happier. We haven’t had any issues with the heating and we’re so excited to have the cooling available this summer. Their team was very professional, respectful and complete gentlemen. They even helped me with my groceries up my high height of stairs. After the whole process of removing the old heater and replacing it with a heat pump, they thoroughly cleaned up any mess they made and disposed of the previous heating system. We haven’t had to call or ask for any services on it since it was installed but they have always been prompt to answer any needs. I highly recommend.

Has taken care of us a couple of times. When our old furnace died, they showed up to give us the quote with space heaters to help out. Used them for service after the fact and they have always been upfront and honest. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Great visit from Tahoma Heating. We have used them for the past few years after using several other HVAC contractors, and I gotta say, these dudes are the best. They are always on time, always take time to walk us through repairs and recommendations, and - probably most importantly - they do not always try to upsell for bigger and more expensive repairs. Other HVAC vendors have always said we needed to make really big repairs to our system, and Tahoma has been able to keep things running smoothly without replacing everything. I highly recommend using them!

I can see why this company has 5 stars. I’m a landlord who has struggled in the past month to repair my heating system for one of my properties. I often feel like I’m taken advantage by companies because I’m a woman, so after 3 companies telling me different issues, I came across Tahoma heating. The only company who has 5 stars and great reviews. First, I appreciate the prompt communication, secondly the quickness to get to the home, and lastly, the transparency throughout the whole service. They had to repair a previous company’s mistake, and they successfully restored heating in the home. After a month of headache and going back and forth with companies, I’m relieved of stress.
