Shawn and his army of professionals from Tahoma Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job converting our existing natural gas central heating system to a dual-fuel system with indoor gas furnace and outdoor heat pump. They went above and beyond, showing great craftsmanship and professionalism.

When my heating went out in the middle of a snow storm, they were the only company who still answered the phone. While they obviously couldn't get to my home that day, they did come as soon as possible and were able to evaluate my system. Given the age, we opted for a replacement and they quickly installed the new unit. I highly recommend their services.

This is the 2nd time I had to call them out for my aging system. Both times my heat pump was out. First time it was on a weekend and their weekend cost was much less than others. They quickly and promptly found the issue and fixed it promptly if not on that day. Very professional!

Kirt did a great job with servicing and maintenance of my system. Also, he was patient with explanation of complications with wifi reconnection after power outage. Most importantly, he offered a firm handshake after job was finished. Promote him.

I am very impressed with this company. Tahoma Heating has installed a ductless heat pump system and air scrubbing system for me. They have been prompt, professional and very hardworking. They are thorough and patient wth explanations and have been very careful during this covid period. I am pleased with the performance of the systems. My wife, two small children and I moved in to a beautiful home in firecrest a little over a year ago. The bones of the house are amazing but even with a very extensive inspection we would soon find out after moving in how much actually needed to be updated. A major item on that list that quickly rose to the top was a new HVAC system. Seeing how much the job would cost my wife and I weren't too thrilled about the expense but it needed to be done. So after doing some research and asking around Tacoma Heating and Cooling was suggested to us from our contractor and he assured us they would do a great job. Needless to say they did not disappoint. My family was in a situation where we could have possibly been without heat for the Thanksgiving holiday with family coming into town and Tahoma got the job done. This was no small job and they worked pass their normal hours to make sure my family would be comfortable for the winter months. I was highly impressed with the level of communication about the process from start to finish. I felt like each of the technicians working on my HVAC system exercised a level of detail as if they were working on their own house. They were very organized, efficient, clean, and most of the time you didn't even realize they were there.

If I had to do this process all over again I would easily pick the same company and would suggest them to anyone in need. They work hard, and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

A/C System stopped working due to a faulty part. They had it up and running like new shortly after they arrived.
