Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning

We had three companies come out to give us a bid to replace a furnace and heat pump, we ended up going with Serenity Air for a few different reasons. I’ve always felt like their staff is knowledgeable, on top of things and really wants to put customer service first. We also wanted to get a good product and good deal, the warranty’s that they offer with their service was a huge win for us. We loved and trusted their work so much when we had to replace our second furnace and heat pump we simply called them first. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them! Highly recommend!

Serenity Air was nothing but amazing. From the moment Drew walked in he was nothing but helpful and amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions(which there was) we had with professionalism, and made us feel comfortable with this huge purchase. Their quote was perfect and we were able to install AC the very next week. The team that came out was super friendly, and was very educated. Drew then followed up a week later to make sure that everything was working properly and to our standard. We would highly recommend Serenity Air to anyone looking for ac or HVAC needs.

I'm very pleased with our entire experience with Serenity Air. We have had AC in our house for years but it has never worked efficiently.
From the first call to define the problem and receive an initial quote, to the follow up visit after the installation was complete, Shane, Chase, Amber, and the entire Serenity Air team were spot on. There was no pressure to use their services, and 0% financing was an unexpected bonus.
Everyone was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. In fact I was so surprised how quickly everything got done I could not have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this company and will be sure to work with them again should the need arise. Sincere thanks to the entire team.

This was a diagnostic appointment to see what was wrong with furnace. They were on time, friendly, communicative, informative, gave me multiple options on how to proceed.

Once I have the new furnace installed, then I will post comment on the quality and value.

Serenity Air provided us with a very timely, friendly and thorough quote for our replacement HVAC system. John was very knowledgeable and willing to share as much information as possible. While we did end up going a different way I would not hesitate to have these guys come out to assess your needs, very professional and low pressure.

Was overall very happy with the service. Main office was very friendly and were able to provide technician on short notice for my furnace issues. Upon arrival technician was very friendly, technically knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the issue with the furnace relatively quickly.

Would recommend Serenity Air if you are looking for heating/cooling services.

Based on other reviews, my experience with Serenity Air may be unique, but it was nonetheless bad.

I contracted with the company to replace the heat pump and duct work in my 60-year-old home. After signing the contract for $28,000+, internal communication issues at the company left me without heat in my house in January when workers from Serenity failed to show up as scheduled to start the project. When they did show up, they refused to complete the work as specified in their estimate due to access challenges they should have known were present in the crawl space. Had they done a complete inspection prior to bidding on the work, then the issues would have been known and the company's owner (Shawn) would not have said to me, "We should have done a more thorough inspection when doing the estimate, but we didn't. You need to solve the problem at your cost before we can proceed. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to solve it for you. Give me a call when you're ready."

Conversations with the owner demonstrated the company's difficulties with professionalism, communication, and accountability start at the top. I ended up firing Serenity and am now having to pursue legal recourse to get all of my 50% deposit refunded.

Of course the company responded that this review is not accurate or honest, but didn't point out which fact they object to. So I am reposting the review.

I had called as my furnace was not putting out any heat. Paula got me an appointment quickly. It was a holiday weekend but the day after. Austin came to fix the problem and also was able complete a routine maintenance.

Both were so nice to work with. I will continue to work with them for any future needs and will recommend this company to friends.

Everyone I have encountered at SerenityAir has been professional beyond what I have experienced in many other businesses. Always on time, follow-up calls to remind me of upcoming appointments....one cannot ask for more.
Their pricing was several thousand lower than others who came to provide an estimate for a furnace replacement....all for the same exact equipment and service.
