Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been using serenity for a few years now, and I am so glad I found them! The people I work with have been fantastic, and the work that has been performed at my house has been great.

Our technician, Caleb, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly pleasant, professional, and informative about what we did (and did not) need serviced. I would be thrilled if Caleb was our technician next time, but my guess is that all of their technicians are that good.

Originally, Serenity Air had been providing us with air conditioning repair services. It was during one of these instances, we told our technician, Austin about our desire to replace our A/C and would like to see what options were available. Within a couple of days, Amber from Serenity contacted us to schedule an appointment with Drew to go over HVAC options. After some discussion & a brief look at our current system, we settled on replacing our 18 yr. old furnace and A/C with a new furnace and heat pump. On the day of installation, technicians (Shawn, Zack, Eric, and Austin) arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment to install our system. With the system installation nearly finished, we made a change in which thermostat we wanted. On the following work day, we learned that the thermostat we preferred was currently out of stock. However, to our surprise Eric checked his truck and had the thermostat we requested on hand and immediately installed it. Prior to leaving, the work areas were cleaned and free from any work-related debris. What we truly appreciate about Serenity is the company's work ethic - from the owner to every member of the staff we interacted with. Secondly, what made us comfortable with making such a large investment was our initial experience with Austin; and our interaction with Drew both were knowledgeable, honest and consistently professional. Third, is respect; all technicians speak and interact with a high degree of professionalism. However, Serenity's respect for the client's home and environment made a considerable impact, even the installation was clean and orderly! Last, is candor...coming from a dual military household...everyone we had the pleasure of working with was honest with us; there was no pressure to purchase anything and our concerns/desires were always in consideration. Serenity Air embodies the values many businesses have cast aside in this modern technological world...the Client/Customer and their environment matters...not just revenue.

Had a semi-annual maintenance of my heat pump and gas furnace. The tech who did it, Austin, was extremely knowledgeable of both systems and showed me several of the safety features especially the furnace. He also explained some of the workings of the heat pump that I did not know about. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Serenity Air.

Perfect from start to finish. A new HVAC system is one of those major home improvements you hate to deal with. However, serenity air really went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and the install exceeded our expectations. They were always on time, very professional and kind which to me is very important. Thank you serenity air for the peace of mind knowing our tenants are safe and warm this winter.

We were very pleased with the service from Serenity Air. Austin was efficient and helpful and we got our heat back. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

I spent $15,000 on a new Furnace and AC unit. My house is hot in summer and cold in winter. I think they installed the wrong size. I wasted a lot of money on this HVAC system. I talked to Drew after the install and he didn't do anything to get the system fixed. Do not use this company.

Came a day before they were scheduled because they had the time. Fixed the problem and stayed for an hour to make sure everything was working correctly, explained in a little more detail how to use remote, answered all my questions. Drew did follow up visit to make sure everything was working well and to see if I had any concerns or questions. Very polite and personable. Remembered I was remodeling my kitchen from previous visit and admired the finished kitchen. Amber is always very polite and friendly on the phone. Great service!

They did an excellent job on installing my AC. Michael and his helper did a great job installing my AC. Michael showed me how to use it afterwards and didn't mind me asking questions about the AC.

Serenity air also sent out one of there worker's to do a follow up a few weeks later just to check out how the system is working and if I had any questions.

He Drew was also very good in helping me understand a little more details on how the system works. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We were recommended them from my work. They came out assessed our old furnace(25+ years old) and recommended a new one. As new home owners it is frustrating to have a big expense but Serenity team(Amber, Drew, Austin, Michael, and anyone I may have missed) all went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Explaining the work that would need to be done. They scheduled a time that worked with my schedule, arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up afterwards,. They even showed how to set up and proper maintenance. They even follow up on the work to make sure you are happy. Will look forward having them back in my home for future upgrades.
