The technician that came out was truly amazing. Not only did he fix what needed to be fixed right away but he also was a sweetheart. I was also very very pleased with the bill. Compared to different places that I called, it is very nice that Valley Furnace has very affordable prices and the technicians do amazing jobs.

Valley furnace has been helpful since I started using them. They are about the only ones who will work on boiler systems. I had an old boiler system that they kept alive as long as possible for me, but when it died they helped out by replacing it with a Navian hot water system. They been very professional and quick to respond. Thank you guys.

Shawn is a GOD installer-wise! This guy never slipped a beat and in a relatively short time, installed a wonderful heat pump system that works really well! Very satisfied with the quality of the work! Highly recommend...

They are the best! The heating unit of my HVAC was not working. I called and they sent a technician out within a couple of days. He was so helpful, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and thorough. I now have heat and I am very happy with this company. Also, They are very reasonable regarding the cost. They were recommended to me and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Valley Furnace provides excellent service! They are responsive, work hard to help provide your repairs and service as quickly as possible (the same day in our case, but everyone should realize not every repair can be a same day fix!). Daryl was our tech and he is great at explaining what’s going on without being overly technical. Would highly recommend you start with Valley Furnace for all your HVAC needs!

During power outages at the first winter storm of the year, the relay on the circuit board on our furnace went out intermittently failing. Valley Furnace was able to schedule us in a very reasonable time during this which we were grateful for. Daryl diagnosed the failure within minutes and got the unit to work while we waited for the part which made Thanksgiving more enjoyable. Part came in and was replaced a week later for a very reasonable and transparent price. Would highly recommend and will use their services in the future.

The person on the phone was helpful and got me scheduled immediatly. The guy who came to my house was personable and seemed very knowledgeable about furnaces. He explained everything he had done and answered my (probably silly) questions. Ill be using this business next time I need something. Or even just to call with questions

Valley Furnace did a great job installing my new gas furnace. They installed a good quality furnace at a fair price. They told me when they gave me the quote that it would be a couple weeks before they could install it but I was not in a hurry because my old furnace was still working. They were here the day they scheduled me for even a few minutes early. Very professional installation, cleaned up, took the old furnace and explained how to use the new thermostat! 5 stars. Leon B.
