Be aware!!! Us and 3 other companies picked up a load from Lenox in Lenexa KS and deliver to they’re warehouse in Fife WA and we didn’t get paid. Management is definitely involved . We are requesting info for over a month now for them to tell us who did they use as broker on these loads and they are refusing to cooperate. Triple check your load numbers with your brokers and don’t email your BOLs . Try to do less businesses with this peoples. Anyone interested in more info reply to this.
Katarina is awesome and very helpful, she spent the time to ensure if my parts had arrived and answered all my questions about future business with Lennox.
Horrible technical support, on hold for over an hour and still haven’t talked to anyone. The equipment line is so proprietary to their parts only which makes Lennox clients limited to getting issues resolved at a standard time frame.
Lennox customer support is also a mess when it comes to internal communications and competence with their own products is competitive to an Xfinity CSR with their products... Barely beginners level of understanding.
As a technician needing further support from a factory authorized support specialist, I’d expect Lennox to have advanced knowledge with any of their frontline support techs. DONT GO LENNOX, I’d prefer TRANE OR AMERICAN STANDARD- sheesh I’d rather take a Payne unit over LENNOX!
