Had them out to my work 5 times last summer. They kept trying new things and nothing worked. I was still in an 88 degree office. They said the AC system needed to be replaced entirely. This summer we called out a new company, fixed it in 1 day. There was no coolant in the system. You would think that's something MCS could have found in 1 of their 5 visits? Would not recommend.

I came into work on December 22nd and there was no heat in my space. We called our landlord who was then able to get MCS out that day. Our neighboring unit was having the same problem. Ro Ro came out and was absolutely wonderful! A true professional and gentleman indeed. He said the external unit was turned off for both both our spaces. Unfortunately, however, that didn’t fix my problem. He took the time to troubleshoot for us. He could’ve easily left and rescheduled us but he didn’t. I was so grateful and absolutely surprised as that’s what most companies do nowadays. He said he wasn’t going to leave until the problem was resolved. Turns out that we needed to replace the thermostat and he made sure to authorize it with me. He programmed everything and got us heat again. His communication was exceptional! Ro Ro was kind to everyone and very quiet too as we are a spa and had guests receiving services. If we ever have future HVAC needs, I’m going to see if we can have Ronald out again. Thank you so very much Ro Ro!

Avoid this company at all cost. MCS charged me almost $2,200 for AC repair. I used them because my landlord prefer them. They sent a technician to repair my restaurant's AC on Friday July 29. The technician repaired the AC and confirmed that the AC was working fine before he left but it actually was not cooling at all. I emailed and called to let them know, so they sent another technician on Saturday July 30 and charged me overtime for after hours service. That's fine for me; however, the technician only repaired the AC for an hour but they charged me for 5 hours service at $202.50/hour because the technician lives in Lacey, WA and my restaurant is in Ballard, WA so the traveling time was 4 hours!!! I paid over a thousand dollars for the repair on that day and, you know what, AC was still not cooling!!!!! They sent another technician on Monday and this time he finally figured out what's wrong with the AC. They took three times to figure out what's wrong, never gave me a quote and never guarantee their work. They will send their technicians until they figure out what's wrong and charge you for those hours. Bad and unethical business!!

Definitely the worst possible business practices. They are the preferred service provider from our landlord and thus were called in to figure out what was wrong with our HVAC unit. The guy came in for an hour and decided it was just that the thermostat location was wrong and needed to be moved. The landlord calls me the next day and slaps on a $600+ bill. Apparently they will charge $150 an hour and will charge you for travel. Never ever use these guys since they are incompetent, charge exorbitantly and are basically a front for landlords to prevent renter complaints. If there was a way to give 0 starts I would give them that.

With one quick phone call they scheduled my appointment and serviced a very old poorly maintained unit. For a reasonable price my shops heating was back working and now I don't have to worry about remembering when to have maintenance. Now that summer is hear our AC is nice and cool.

Had a HVAC unit that quit working so we decided to call MCS to help us out. They had a tech to our site in the same day. He was quick to find out our issue and fix a couple smaller problems at the same time. He was also able to fix our second HVAC unit that we thought was toast. We are very happy with the service MCS gave us and will be happy to call them in the future.
