Valley Furnace

Very very bad bad bad service. Call there to order a part for a furnace, everything was good, order the part but I had to leave town for work, come back and two days after I get back in town, Drive 45 minutes out of my way to pick up the part, gentleman named Tony was extremely rude to me says he knows nothing about the part, called and talked to Theresa the next morning, she was very very rude and told me to take my business elsewhere unless I wanted to pay a $10 delivery fee, which at that point I didn't mind what bothered me was her very aggressive attitude. Horrible customer service, some of the worst I've ever seen, or had to deal with, I'm in construction and I know a lot of home inspectors and contractors and none of them will ever use Valley Furnace. Planning on calling the Better Business Bureau as well.

Valley Furnace has Very Friendly staff. Technician was very informative and gave Great advice.

I used Valley Furnace for several years and my experience the last few years caused me to stop doing business with them. Three years ago they installed a wall airconditioner-after a few months i read the instruction and saw that i was to clean filters- there was no filters-valley had failed to install them. Then i
bought and had installed an expensive whole house air handling system-after one day of install they became aware that they were installing completly the wrong unit- not the one i bought. After the proper install was completed there was an annoying clicking coming from the fan- i called them-rep came out said there was nothing wrong-that was as quiet as a fan gets- i tried to get used to it-unsucessful- called them again- again rep came out and said nothing wrong. So i called another air conditioning company- they came out and for no charge quickly found that an important wire was lose and the metal tip on the wire was hitting the fan causing the clicking noise. That was the last straw for me with Valley Furnace. I really expected a big apology from owner and maybe some price rebate for all this-did not happen.

This company is really bad. I got a house that have a heat pump installed by them, and it stopped working recently, so I ask them come fix it June this year, they came out, but the heat pump still not working. Paid them $300, then i called them again, they said there is nothing wrong with the heat pump, and just need a new thermostat, which they quote me $500 for replacing a heat pump,
A heat pump is only cost $200. So I called another finance company came take a look, they discover there is nothing wrong with the thermostat, the heat pump has issue. Very bad company, keep charging you money but doesn't do anything.

They were courteous and let us know what the issues were in guards to our heating issue

Called during the busiest time of the year, got me scheduled as fast as they could, sent out someone who knew everything about service my heat pump, explained everything to me in a way I understood and even went above and beyond to help us service our heat pump. Only place I will go for heating and ac needs.

We had an appointment with Valley Furnace for urgent work that was needed. On the day that they were to arrive they called to say they can't make it and could maybe come next week, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Kept their word about everything and offered a fair price.
